I a fair few some dating back over 70 years and over time I have found that when I loaned a book I had a problem with it been returned. I am reluctant to write in a book and I haven’t thought about embossing a page until I saw your advert, I ordered one. I am so pleased with the results I have ordered another set of dies to complement the original set.

I first saw this company on an ad on my social media. I looked through all their items and reviews and was super tempted to buy an embosser for my books because why not have an extra touch to my book collection! I was so set on one clip but couldn’t find an option to buy it with an embosser. So I settled for another design. After I made my purchase, I finally found the embosser with the clip I wanted! I sent the customer service team an email if they could cancel my first order since I found the perfect item and had bought it in a second order. They handled it right away and canceled my first order. Super polite, hassle free, quick and efficient. I highly recommend buying from this company. I cannot wait to have my embosser delivered soon and try it out!

ITS A SCAM- I ORDERED, BUT THE SHIPPING COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST. THEY LIE AND SAY YOUR PACKAGE WAS REJECTED. THEY RETURN TO SENDER AND THEN TELL YOU NO REFUNDS AND SEND YOU SOME LONG EMAIL ABOUT NOTHING APOLOGIZING.

I've just ordered a third one at 50% off! Great price. They are beautiful, durable, and the case is nice. They make great birthday gifts for family members.

I love these embossers - have. two now because one is never enough!! The quality is second to none and the service top notch, it comes in a little storage box and that's packaged really well - I can see me buying a third one actually!!

Allora, ho comprato sul sito ufficiale di thewhisperingpages.com nella data di 03.01.26 esattamente 3 articoli (due embosser e una clip di ricambio, con le custodie da viaggio e gli sticker dorati inclusi nell’acquisto). Il sito dice che ci sarebbero voluti dai 5 ai 9 gg perché la spedizione arrivasse, ma dopo più di 1 settimana non mi era ancora arrivato nulla. Il sito per il tracciamento del pacco è un po da rivedere perché la spedizione (dopo più di una settimana) risultava ancora in Cina. Quindi ho scritto all’assistenza, che il giorno dopo mi assicura che il pacco sarebbe stato spedito al più presto e che il ritardo fosse dovuto a non so che problematiche. Dopo più di due settimane, del pacco non vi era alcuna traccia al che ho riscritto all’assistenza, sempre più preoccupata che si trattasse di una fregatura e che non mi sarebbe mai arrivato nulla. Mi hanno risposto dispiaciuti che avrebbero dato la priorità al mio pacco. Dopo un’altra settimana, ormai riluttante dal credere che sarebbe arrivato mai questo ordine, mi arriva una mail di poste italiane che ha preso in carico un ordine da parte di SENGI18. Martedì 03 febbraio 2026. Controllo su internet e corrisponde al sito di the whisperingpages. Tiro un sospiro di sollievo e oggi (04.02.26) mi viene consegnato questo benedetto pacco. Scarto e controllo tutto. L’attesa mi ha fatto dubitare, ma sono felice di non aver buttato dei soldi al vento. Spero che il mio sia stato un caso isolato, ma mi sento di consigliare sempre di scrivere all’assistenza o meglio ancora, prima di ordinare in siti diversi dai più gettonati tipo Amazon, di controllare recensioni e altre esperienze di diversi clienti qui su trustpilot.

I first bought book embossers as a Christmas present for my sisters and they absolutely loved them. They raved about them so much I decided to order one for myself. There are so many new options that weren’t available when I first looked at the site so of course I had to get multiple clips. Such a user friendly site and a wonderful experience start to finish!

Good service, fast response, original products

I find the product unique and like its personal touch to my books. Also, it is a good product to give as a gift to your friends who are book lovers.

The product is fine, it does what's expected. It's not the best quality but whatever. The worst part is the customer service. I sent an email to cancel my order, to the email THEY advertised to be able to help "change or cancel" the order and they didnt respond until it was shipped days later, and then told me they could no longer cancel the order. When I sent multiple additional emails trying to figure out how to return the item, they kept responding "we cant cancel it". They weren't even reading my emails. Finally I received the product and emailed again about returning the item, they said they wouldn't pay return shipping (to china) because it was my fault I didnt cancel the order in time. I sent the email to cancel the order right after making it (within 5 minutes). They still won't give me a return shipping label and I've given up as returning the item would be a good chunk of what I payed for it anyways.

Save yourself the headaches, this is some temu level shady company with good marketing. The discounts are bs too, they change the pre discount price based on their "discount" so youre always paying the same amount and then the coupon codes dont actually take off the percentages they promise.

I absolutely love the quality of the embosser. They quickly made me order perfectly and even gave me extra discounts as a thank you for being a repeat buyer which is awesome.

I’m so excited to receive the embossed I ordered for my sister and niece! They are avid readers and going to love being able to emboss their books! I haven’t received the order yet, having just placed it, however based on the customer service, I’m confident this is going to be a great experience!!

I ordered my embosser from them 2 months ago and never received it. I contacted them 3 times and they responded with essentially "give us more time". I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Great prices, kept in touch and let me know the embosser was being made and would ship soon
