Slow delivery compared with others
Said if I spent over £100 I got free next day delivery but still got charged the postage and it came after the date I really required. I used Avios to pay for some but that shouldn’t make a difference in my opinion. Virgin wines is literally next day with no charge. The selection again wasn’t as good and probably won’t bother again and stick to Virgin but if don’t try you never know

Very Pleased with the Wines.
We ordered a 12-bottle Malbec mixed case, using up some of our Avios for most of the cost. The wine arrived quickly and we're very pleased with the quality of the wines we've tried so far. One criticism is that the wine is grossly over-packaged, especially when compared with Naked Wines, Virgin Wines, Majestic and Laithwaites (which, I understand, has something to do with TWF). Yes, I know it can all be recycled but just the inner packaging holding the bottles takes up a LOT of space in our recycle bin. It is also costly, and the costs have to be paid ultimately by the buyer, in this case ME! Perhaps this can be looked at.

We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the tracking and delivery experience, but we’re sorry to see that you felt our pricing was too expensive.
The Chardonnay selection you purchased works out at £12.90 per bottle. With the added benefit of being able to pay for the case almost entirely using Avios, we believe this represents a fair price for 12 bottles of fantastic, carefully considered wine.
We have also price checked the whisky mentioned, and our price is aligned with other retailers. It is also worth noting that our product is the 1-litre bottle, whereas many supermarkets and other retailers typically stock the smaller 70cl version.
We really do welcome all feedback from our customers, and we will certainly pass your comments and suggestions on to the relevant team for review.

I am sick and tired of being asked to…
I am sick and tired of being asked to write pointless irrelevant reviews, one can’t even breathe without someone asking for a review! They are pointless because it is so easy to raise your review status if you get a bad one, I know because I worked for a company that asked all the staff and their friends, family etc.. to write great reviews, they are worthless and every time I see reviews (especially high numbers) I ignore them or take them with a pinch of salt. They don’t hold any esteem, they are nothing. So from now on I will just rate randomly because it means nothing.
