Do not buy from this company. I’m referring to the Yetee market place. They are a scam 100%. My order was delayed 2 weeks so I asked for a refund as I would not get the product in time. No response, nothing from customer service, no matter how many calls or emails I sent. Absolutely worthless, I’ll be disputing the charge.

This company is a scam. I wish I had read this before. They should be under investigation. you will never get your money. I will check the BBB next.

I am referring to the Yetee Marketplace based in Atlanta Ga. (yetee.net) Do NOT do business with this company. They take your money and then it's like they don't exist. If you call no matter what time, you'll get a recording that the person is not available. If you email, you'll get no answer. I did fill out a contact form and got a response of "stand by while I check the shipping status" and well I'l still standing by, a week later even filling out additional contact forms. I will be In contact with my bank at the beginning of next week to dispute the charge.
If you want to throw your money away and never get the item you ordered, then go ahead and order from this company. If you're smart, stay FAR FAR away from this company.

It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered. I sent a message to them asking about it and all of a sudden my account with them, and my order number was deleted.
They are impossible to reach. Working with my bank to get my money back

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF MY EMAILS NOR PHONE CALLS! THEIR WEBSITE SAYS AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE-THAT IS A BUNCH OF CRAP! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I placed an order for some food items, and since they were frozen food items, I paid the $49.00 shipping to have them sent here overnight with frozen gel packs. It has now been several days since I placed that order and despite paying for overnight shipping, my order still sits "waiting for fulfillment". I have tried calling this company repeatedly, sending e-mails, but I NEVER can get ahold of anyone to see when my order will ship, or even IF it will ship, despite having paid for overnight service. My honest advice? - steer FAR CLEAR of this company. Unless you are willing to take a gamble and don't really need the product very much, I would highly advise you to shop elsewhere.

They have poor customer service. Shipping takes forever. The shirts’ quality is variable—some are okay and some are bad. There are far better companies to buy from, so save your money.

Ordered jacket for my son for his birthday and Christmas. Tried to contact them phone doesn't work and sent emails with no response. Trying to get money back.

Don't buy from this company. I was billed 3 weeks ago but haven't received my order. The phone # doesn't work and I've sent 3 emails which were all.unanswered
UPDATE. IT'S NOW BEEN 4 WEEKS. No replays to my emails and calls won't go thru. I just get messages that the call is rejected. Does anyone know how to reach them?

I bought one of the Hollow Knight shirts of Hornet (L), and though it's nice and vibrant, with a crisp design, the collar became ridiculously stretched and destroyed in two washes on its own. The rest of the shirt is completely fine, so I don't know why that happened. I want another one to replace this first one, but I'm seriously on the fence about dropping some more money for it due to the lack of quality in the first one.

I hope no one else runs into this problem. There were no other issues with the shirt or the delivery.

Great customer service

I had a problem with my order, but when I contacted customer support, it was solved immediately. After that, the package arrived early within the estimated days.
Customer service is very quick to reply.

I'm highly disappointed. Between taking forever for my one shirt to show up. Even though I'm only nine hrs away from where they ship. And then I got sent the wrong shirt. Really?
Edit: They replaced my shirt very quickly, just needed to send a photo to them. And then they let me keep the wrong shirt that was sent too. So gotta give an credit for their awesome customer service. Four outta Five might buy again :)

Be careful when you buy things in The Yetee. I bought two T-shirts but I only got one of them. They refused to admit it and stopped replying to my email. My worst online purchase experience.

I am very happy with the service! It took a while to post, but that was expected.

Shipping takes a while but i think they are made to order and possibly come from.the isle of man. Good quality, sizings are great . Never had a problem.

Customer service refunded me with no issues when I wanted to change my order, and shipped it out quickly. Arrived with no issues.
