Absolutely loved working with The Wellbeing Agency to create content for Tictrac. Tilly, the founder, was a pleasure to work with and together we came up with a lot of great ideas. The Yoga teachers she introduced us to (shoutout to Vanessa, Dave, Natalie, Sabrina and Sabi) were all amazing and incredibly professional and prepared, and brought a wealth of expertise, all in different areas. The collaboration resulted in a really engaging video series for our audience.

I participated in the webinar offered by The Wellbeing Agency on July 8. The panelists discussed Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity and shared their experiences. I personally enjoyed the webinar because the discussion consisted of several views from different angles. For example, the importance of both men and women in today's business world. I learned new topics and managed to wed them with my master's thesis about online decision-making and leadership. I hope we see more webinars by The Wellbeing Agency soon.

We booked an open-level yoga class with The Yoga Agency for a virtual conference event. This class included mindfulness-based techniques such as guided meditation, breathwork, and physical yoga asana (poses). We were so pleased with the instructor's virtual session. She was such a consummate professional, radiating positivity and really guiding attendees along attentively at every step of the process.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to The Yoga Agency Team and Sabrina for finding a way for us to continue with our weekly practice. It’s been so nice having a constant activity through all of the COVID19 interruptions and madness, and I know we all very much appreciate Sabrina’s classes on Tuesday. The Spotify playlists are a great idea and a great addition to our practice. We’re doing so many new moves lately and, while I can’t say that I’m doing them very well, I’m enjoying trying them out and learning new yoga moves!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about The Yoga Agency, in particular, Tilly! Tilly is such a star and a lovely person, always provides us with the best teachers for our group classes and is always so prompt with our bookings and recordings. We use the Yoga Agency to book bi-weekly corporate wellbeing sessions and the quality of the classes and the knowledge of the teachers is the best and we wouldn't want to book elsewhere. I would highly recommend them, especially when both physical and mental wellbeing are so important - it's such a good way to engage employees and look after their wellbeing.

We've been using The Yoga Agency for the last year or so and it's been brilliant! I was trying to book yoga classes and stuff myself before finding them, which was a real faff. We've now done a real mix of yoga, breathwork, posture clinics, meditation and art classes that have all been great and catered for pretty much everyone in the business. Tilly is also an absolute joy to deal with!
