Started taking these capsules but after about 10 days got diverticulitis & eventually had to take antibiotics. I am still taking the capsules & hoping it will help with my diverticulitis problem. Beginning to wonder if I can no longer eat red meat as it seems to happen after that!

I found that they gave me alot of indigestion and flatulence. Going to keep using them daily though to see if this improves.

I'm very pleased with them so far feel so much better
