What really matteres
What really mattered to me was how easy it was to sign up. In addition it was clearly spelled out what was covered. In other co web sites the first three pages where how they could get out of covering you. I’m very happy with Thimble so far

If you need insurance they are very efficient
I don't why we need insurance at a building that has its own insurance, but it was a painless way to do it. Very quick and efficient.

Good if you have to have instant insurance, but...
I got last minute insurance because I had to have it to play at a particular venue. Thimble was easy to navigate, but the price I paid was confiscatory, at least it was to me.

I was charged twice for the first…
I was charged twice for the first payment and then again for the second month... You can't call anyone about this you have to email them and they just give you the run around. I actually showed there my bank statements showing where they took money out of my account. Basically stole 200 dollars from me and said f you when I wanted a refund for being over charged. There is no costumer service at all.. Your not in touch with me you told me you didn't charge me you moron... or can't you read?
