Great range of offers but please simplify vouchers
I like the range of activities/meals/hotels etc on offer. There really is something for everyone. For people of my age (60+), it's not particularly easy to follow the instructions for actually obtaining the voucher. I would prefer it if there was a very clear voucher PDF just sent to my email rather than being told to scan a QR code and then being taken to the site where I still had to locate the voucher.
That said, I am very much looking forward to going to Malmaison in Manchester this weekend. My gf and I were going to be in Manchester anyway, and it's sometimes difficult to know where to eat. I have been to a Malmaison restaurant before, and know the quality of the food should be good - and this was an excellent price for the centre of Manchester.

FURTHER UPDATE- I have now received my refund, not through Thingstodo, but because I logged a case against them via Paypal who thankfully, decided in my favour and now I can finally rebook with a reputable company, I would urge you to consider carefully how you pay companies like this should you need to chase a refund. I appreciate mistakes happen, however I phoned the operator directly, they told me that they have REPEATEDLY told the vendor (thingstodo) that they have no availability on this date and the location is STILL showing as available, this is UNACCEPTABLE and unfair to the consumer and the operator who has to deal with the fallout. I paid through paypal so should be seeing a refund pending - sad to say I'm not, please do your research before booking with this website.
WARNING - when booking a trip though Thingstodo - ALWAYS check availability directly with the operator first, we booked a three night stay, made all the arrangements just to be told hours later that the operator had no availability!!! This is absolutely unacceptable - we have made plans and booked things in on the basis of this trip, I have also yet to receive my refund?! Disgusted.

Was really good however a few of the rides were out of service, some of the larger inclosures were empty so that was disappointing, the dinosaurs in the Dino area are well past their best

Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery;
Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the
deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your
Wowcher account under the “My Account” section).
To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login).
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.
6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to
receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.
