A Surprising Gem in Aberdeen
What a surprise. This must be the best Asian resaurant in Aberdeen. On our arrival in the front takeaway we were warmly greeted and escorted through to the restaurant where we were also warmly greeted. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. It is family run, with many family members assisting. A special mention has to be made of Zee, one of the sons (who doesn't actually work there) whose banter kept us amused. We will definitely be back.

I initially didn't know what to do and didn't redeem my vouchers in advance but the staff were very helpful and told me how to go about it. I then rang to redeem and got so much help.

Nice food
Very hot at 5.30pm and the trees' foliage screened the bridge from view. Several different issues at the restaurant but they were dealt with in our favour so I have to give them credit for that. The MD didn't seem to know about the vouchers and our waitress was new and hadn't seen them before. A party was just starting outside and it took ages for our drinks to arrive and our main courses. We had only allowed 90 minutes for the 2 course meal before we needed to leave for our theatre booking. They had run out of our choice of dessert but allowed us to choose from their usual menu and it was delicious. Service was very slow but we got what we had paid for eventually, and the meal was very good. Eating the desserts, paying the bill for the extra drinks we had had and rushing to the theatre was all very stressful. (We were in our seats with 2 minutes to spare!) I think we'd have to allow 2 hours next time.

Not impressed with 24-48 hour response time for issues
Don't use this company if you are looking for things to do in the next couple of days. My vouchers wouldn't redeem, but their customer service only has a 24-48 hour response time and no live agents...so when it goes wrong, as mine has, you don't know whether to risk waiting for them to get in touch or try to find tickets elsewhere. Really not impressed with the customer service

Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery;
Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the
deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your
Wowcher account under the “My Account” section).
To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login).
2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s).
4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher.
5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM.
Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.
6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to
receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher.

Great Value, smooth process
Quick search on Google looking for discount codes for tickets to Flamingo Land. Tickets were on the Flamingo Land website were £49.99 each, so four tickets would have cust us just shy of £200
Bought a ticket for 4 on the Things to do site at £97. Instantly got an email. Clicked redeem ticket and went to the FL website and entered the voucher code. That reduced the amount due to zero and I booked the ticket instantly

Great email service without the quibbles …
Emailed a few times due to difficulties not being able to make the dates I’d booked twice. Very quick response on both occasions. 1st order I opted for a refund back to my account which was sorted within 24 hours. The 2nd order I opted for credit, had difficulties in opting for the credit payment but again a quick email resolved the problem. Great service without any quibbles
