Dealing with Thirdbridge and getting paid is super easy and consistent.

Can be good but when things go wrong they are awful. Have underpaid several invoices. Pointing this out to them with evidence that the amounts on their invoices have no relationship to the money received gets you nowhere and there 24 hour response we guarantee is complete rubbish.

I wouldn’t have been concerned but for an organisation that pushes communication - they disappear and don’t respond when they mess something up.

Be warned - it’s a fair weather relationship with experts.

Third Bridge Is a Total spamming company. They go out of their way to reach you on all mediums, email, phone and quite aggressively. What an utter disgrace.

I've consistently had a great experience working with Third Bridge. The associates are responsive, professional and respectful of your time. I always receive prompt notifications about the status of payment, from the first reimbursement confirmation to the remittance advice and final invoice. The Third Bridge payment system is superior to one of their competitors. My last project was on a Monday and I received payment the next Thursday - 4 days total.

Payments are generally reported quickly and status can be checked online easily. I have not had any issues with them being deposited within about a week.

Third bridge is a great platform and always ready to help if there is an issue as a expert with them for over 5 years I am always ready to take calls and help the company out at a moments notice .

As an expert,
1. The rate is decided on $. When transferring they apply an exchange of 72!! Instead of 84!! Clear frauds
2. After that call, they take atleast 3-4 weeks for the transfer to be done.

It was a seamless process . Once the converaation was completed , there was a mail promply sent to me as per the standard work guiding me about the payment details . Once the details were updated by me , another aknowledgement mail cam citing the date pf the payment . And payment was credited in my account exactly as shared . Kudos

I was invited by them, but all the things are 'suspicious'. They contacted me and said that assisting Japanese analysis, we used english to communicate through all the texts. When the meeting started, their client asked me 'Can you speak Chinese'! and they became mad, no patience and rude.
First, they never tell me that the meeting use chinese, I don't know this language, I suppose this meeting is official and professional, if suddenly change to another language that not familiar with, that affect the accuracy of the content and make me feel uncomfortable. I make the complaint because that is quite 'Microaggressions'. I learn the mistake from this company, so pls stay away from them if you are professional and want to maintain the reputation in the industry.
