I ordered 2 smoothing wireless bras and the comfort stretch bikini 3 pack underwear and I absolutely love what I purchased. The comfort and quality is great! Shipping was fast and free for my order. Definitely my new shop for bras and underwear. I have been searching for a new comfortable bra and my friend recommended ThirdLove to me. I will be a repeat customer.

Best Push Up Ever!

I ordered their uplift plunge bra because I am a small size and saw this was good for small busts. It was a great experience. I went through the fitting room and found out I am a half cup and a smaller band then I thought.. This is life changing. It is so comfortable. The site was easy to use and the product came within 5 days as promised.

I absolutely love these bras. Especially the 24/7 Classic Wireless Bra. As a mom of boys, comfort is everything for me. I don’t mind wearing this all day and I’m not looking to rip it off at the end of the day like other brands. These bras deliver comfort without making me look or feel old. The underwear are also very comfortable. My last purchase was a Cuddle Fleece Lounge Duster and I am obsessed with it!

I absolutely loved the fit and look of the bras I ordered but my rib cage cannot handle the underwire. Customer service was quick and easy to get the underwires returned and a new wireless set ordered! I am so thrilled! It is impossible for me to find my size outside of specialty shops and I hate going to stores; being able to buy a bra that fits and feels good from the comfort of my own home PLUS being able to easily handle returns and exchanges — ThirdLove has a new loyal customer. I can’t recommend them passionately enough; you would have to understand how much I hate shopping brick & mortar AND how much trouble I’ve had in 45 years of life with finding a good, comfortable, flattering bra!! If you’re on the fence, I hope my review will give you that soft, gentle nudge that you need to hop down and order yourself some bosom luxury. ;)

I usually prefer a little more coverage but I tried the second skin unlined on a whim and I love how comfortable and supportive the bra is

Visited the Chicago store on Southport. I think easily the worst bra fitting I've ever had. It's very unfortunate. I purchased two bras there. In the store they seemed to fit well. However, now that I'm actually wearing them, one of them is awful. It rides up the back (legit inches higher than it should) and the cup size is VERY wrong.

I've shopped with ThirdLove many times before and am a huge fan of their growing assortment of wireless bras. The ComfortStretch Smoothing Wireless bra is my favorite - it somehow smooths yet doesn't feel restrictive at all. So comfy. In the past, I did have some instances where their shipping took longer than expected. But I think they must have changed their shipping process as it's so much faster now! My past several orders have come super fast, and their customer service is always top notch in helping me to find a new size, if I need one, or helping me exchange and return easily,

ThirdLove is my go-to for everyday bras. The quality is amazing—I love how soft the band and straps are, which is something you don’t often find with other brands. The fit is super comfortable, and they have so many great styles to choose from. Their 1/2 cup sizing makes such a difference, and I always know I’ll get the perfect fit. Plus, their customer service is always helpful and makes shopping so easy.

Very comfortable bras that last. I just bought the new smoothing t-shirt bra and it has become one of my favorites. If you are looking for a good quality bra I would recommend Thirdlove.

Invoices and records are poor. I ordered 3 bras. It took a month to get them. Two are “Ok” since they are strictly for “at home” wearing. The 3rd, which was the most expensive, but on sale, was way off in size…40G and I wear a C! I wanted to exchange but there are none available in my size. I will be losing money, but I will know never to order from them again.

I ordered a bra but it did not fit, I sent it back and the total I was supposed to get back was 40.00 and they only gave me 15.00 dollars I have contacted them several times and still no response

I purchased my first Third Love bra at a special price. It felt perfect but I was looking for a wireless bra. So I promptly returned it and asked for store credit. According to their records and tracking, the bra was received within a week and I received my store credit immediately after.

I ordered another bra, wireless this time, but it did not fit well. I returned it promptly, within a week of receiving it, and received a tracking email. I requested a refund to my credit card. The email said my package was received and sent out on July 31. The "estimated delivery date" has changed a few times. The latest "estimated delivery date" says August 25. I got a text saying they received my return on August 21. It is almost a month and I still have no indication of a refund to my credit card.

I am still waiting to hear from them regarding an email I sent asking about the status of my refund.

Shipping is despicable!
Put an order in for a 24/7 classic perfect coverage bra on July 1st. It's now the 9th and DHL commerce which by-the-way is the cheapest delivery there is, first never updates their site saying it's "en route". Check USPS and it's now ONLY in Kentucky. I'm in California. So much for 4-7 business days. I paid $5.99 for shipping which is despicable onto itself. I've ordered from other companies never paid shipping. What a horrible way to do business. I'm guessing at this point in time if I'm lucky I might get my bra in another week? So much for your shipping policy. Will NEVER order from this company again unless it gets it's act together and changes how they ship.

First of all, these are hefty bras or, at least, the Classic Uplift style is. I figured that that was okay as I have droopy boobs. I ordered a 34 C, which I've worn since middle school, and a 34 C1/2, as one breast is larger than the other and has always spilled out a bit. Both sizes had straps that hooked on the tightest hook which meant that, as the bra stretched, it would become too large. I was going to exchange them for a 32 but the return process was so arduous that I decided to just send them back. I question the justification for taking so long to reimburse for returns (that all bras have to be inspected to insure that they haven't been worn) as one arrived at my house without tags suggesting that it had, indeed, been worn, at least for long enough for the tag to be uncomfortable and for the shoulder straps to have indentations where they had been adjusted, then readjusted. All in all, a disappointing experience.

I purchased two of the Uplift Plunge bras in different colors after hearing and seeing ads from ThirdLove for years. I've never had good luck with bras fitting well because I am small-busted. I recently had a terrible experience with another company that advertises their brand specifically for smaller busted gals (you know the one). The quality of those bras was so awful, they only lasted me a couple of months. I don't handwash my bras (I don't know of anyone who does) but I do wash in garment bags, on delicate, cold water, and lay flat to dry. I also don't wash them unless they truly are dirty plus I rotate bras often to make them last. I have done this for years with all my bras without any issues. But these bras from another company pilled after one wash, the bands, and straps stretched out and the cups warped entirely so they couldn't be worn anymore. After that experience, I was excited to try ThirdLove with all the great reviews! When I received my order and opened the box, to my horror I discovered they were the SAME bras as the last company I ordered from. The only difference was the small metal ThirdLove emblem in the center and the padding insert for push up. This is not an exaggeration. They look the same, feel the same, and are made from the same materials. I couldn't believe it. I'm not sure if these companies are getting their products from the same manufacturer, but it looks that way.
They also provided zero push-up, not even in the slightest. I tried without the padding and with and you could not tell a difference. I've been wearing t-shirt push-up bras all my life and was surprised these didn't deliver in that area. I'm giving two stars because they did fit well after taking the recommendation from their quiz and because returns were so easy. I was truly disappointed, and at $70 a bra, I didn't want to risk the poor quality and the bra not lasting, so I sent them back.

I have been a Third Love customer for years. Wearing their wired bras for full support and have been thrilled with the fit and quality. I just recently bought 3 of their wireless bras and they are so comfortable and supportive! I truly couldn’t believe that a wireless bra could be supportive for large breasts. And they are so pretty too!! Happy to say I was wrong!!

I have purchased several bras from Third Love, all of them the 24/7 Classic Uplift Plunge Bra and the All Day Lace Uplift Plunge Bra. These work well with my wide set girls. I really like this cut. So I decided to buy the Form 360 Fit Wireless Bra. Well..... Under clothing I have a uniboob. The girls end up facing down, defeating the purpose, because the adjustable straps do not stay in place and loosen up to their maximum length. FYI

Long long long wait times for merchandise to arrive. A constant issue.
Very poor communication coupled with very poor customer service.
A real shame… as their merchandise is wonderful. This though may be enough to send me to a competitor

I bought a bra and one of the straps started coming apart. Reached out to customer service several times and they were the worst. A bra shouldn’t be coming apart after a few months. Will never buy anything from the company again and will not refer them. Very disappointed ☹️
