Ordered Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Fair lipstick described as damaged box. Arrived next day, exactly as described. Box top a little dented. Lipstick and case absolutely perfect.

Looks like they are pretending to be this is beauty.com.
They have linked the trustpilot score on their website as the .com. Not the uk site. I’d be wary of buying from here-glad I checked!

After my original review the company owner Ian contacted me and finally i have my Margaret Dabbs foot cleansing wipes.
They were well priced and a product i love.
Ian really made all the difference to the status of my order....and once he got involved i had .y order within 2 days ..

Purchased an Estée Lauder eye cream with a supposedly damaged box, jar half empty I returned it at a cost to myself it was signed for at there end, still waiting for my refund, not very friendly staff

I purchased some cosmetic serum and it arrived half empty. She stated that there was a little bit missing in the description. She didn’t say it was half gone. I paid $68 for half a bottle of lancer face serum…..
I want a refund!!! 😡

SCAM do not order from here. Purchased expensive moisturiser and it came rock solid and a deep yellow, unusable and they are refusing to answer my emails!!! Disgraceful service and products and a loss of a lot of money, right before Xmas as well!!!

Update: they have now emailed back after a couple weeks and issued refund notification.

Be very careful. I bought from them and they sent me a used, empty product in a container where you can't see the contents and I couldn't get the pump dispenser off. I videoed it the day it arrived, showing no product coming out. They refunded me only half so I paid £20 for them to send me a used, empty item. Be very, very careful. This might be a scam. I would avoid if I were you.
