I've been attending the London Bridge branch of London Wellness Centre for around 10 weeks and am over the moon with the results I've felt so far. Minna is absoluetely fantastic, making different adjustments and varying my treatment week on week as needed. My back pain is far reduced and my posture has improved so much - it's made day to day life so much more comfortable and easy. Minna is professional, whilst also being a really lovely person to chat to during sessions! Would highly reccomend to all

I found the London Wellness Centre following a desperation of having my hip put back into place.

From the onset the centre has a warm welcoming atmosphere. This continues today and now has a welcoming family vibe.

The Chiropractors are amazing and very knowledgeable. Tanesa is kind and efficient on how to treat the issue.

I have been attending the centre for year and my hip, back and neck have vastly improved as if I have been given a new lease of life. I receive positive compliments on my posture and the fact I look taller (which means a lot to a 5' tall person).

I have also had a deep tissue from Florence and it was thorough. She took her time and care when massaging areas I didn't realise were cause for concern. It felt as if I had a 5* spa treatment just minutes away from the office. (A session can be squeezed into a lunch break if you fancied that cheeky massage).

I have recommended the centre and individual practitioners to friends and family.

I arrived in London in August 2022 with 2 disc displacements in my back and serious pain when sitting. After a little over two months of competent treatment and guidance on exercises, I have been restored to my former self. Ben basically saved my life. The follow-up from staff was friendly and efficient, with easy access through e-mails.

it's hard to express my gratitude to this place and the treatment I've received to date. Ben is without doubt an incredible chiropractor and I recommend him to anyone having any sort of back issues.

Diagnosed with two slipped discs, I needed a London Chiropractor (mine was in Brighton). I found Ben while in extreme pain and after my first treatment I was sold as his approach was different to other chiropractors I have had in the past.

A series of treatments later - I can now confirm - I am better and have had no back pain for over a month. I have also started back running and exercising.

I won't say - I got my life back - but it feels that way. I will continue to see him as I feel it's important to maintain my back the same way I see a dentist.

I just want to say a big thank you to Minna, and especially Pete and Victoria.

Since October 2021, we have been working on getting my back and knees stronger. I feel well cared for and keep up with my exercises.
This September I completed a 13mile hike on the Jurassic coast with its steep inclines, then on the 25th I completed the Shine night marathon walk for Cancer research, time taken was 9hours and 30 minutes which was 2 hours less than in 2021. I would highly recommend this centre, even for a 1 off consultation, the benefits to your posture and health are huge. Thank you to all the staff at the Canary Wharf centre

Friendly, professional and well worth a visit, even if it is only once a month. You only have one back, look after it. Excellent service.

Was struggling with constant tingling throughout body, which after months of investigations with doctors have been diagnosed with Hashimotos and under active thyroid. Tanesa, has been so supportive and knowledgeable during this period of difficult health. And working with her weekly I’ve seen a huge difference in my posture, reduction in headaches and improvement in overall strength. Chose the silver plan which includes 4x deep tissue massages that were done by Florence and were great a calming nerve pain. I am currently half way through my treatment plan and was amazed during my recent review of how much my posture had improved. The weight my head was carrying had halved and dare I say it I looked slimmer (without any effort my end :) ). The overall environment is calming, reception staff friendly and have never had any issue with cancellations. Would recommend to anyone who is dealing with pain or just wants to start taking better care of themselves.

Absolutely incredible! Friendly and informative care; Minna has honestly changed my life! From having debilitating headaches everyday to now going weeks without any pain, I cannot recommend the London Wellness Centre enough!

I recently had my first review and I'm so surprised by my results. After only 8 sessions my posture has improved drastically to almost perfect alignment. Minna is amazing to work with and I feel she's very intune with my body and varies the treatment based on my needs that week. I've signed up for another 10 sessions and looking forward to sustained long term improvements.

I've recently finished my first review, and am amazed with the progress I've made. I can feel my back and neck being more flexible and I can definitely tell that it's easier for me to relax, I sleep better and my mobility has improved.

I've had my doubts about going to a chiropractor for a while, but I definitely don't regret my choice!

I started going to this chiropractor clinic when I was 8 months pregnant the best decision ever, I was in a lot of pain in my body because of working full time and being pregnant. I had muscle tensions on my upper back especially between my shoulders & neck after the full assessment with tanesa I went with silver plan and with all the adjustments and the cracks I must say I feel so much better now, even my posture has improved a lot.
I definitely recommend to family & friends and thanks to Tenesa Mohan for being so good at her job very professional and friendly.

I first attended LWC some 8 years ago. I shuffled in, unable to stand straight and with back pain that I could not get relief from day or night. I had been to my GP but was not prepared to accept painkillers as a solution. LWC assessed me and recommend an MRI scan that revealed a double slip disc. Within two weeks and 4 or 5 sessions later I felt considerably better. I continued the course of treatment and exercises and had been free from back issues for some years. But, over lockdown I started to get the tell-tale tingling down the right leg and my left thigh went numb. Once again, I went for a course of treatment at LWC, and once again they sorted me out.

I took the silver plan and was very pleased to have noticed a massive improvement in my posture and in my daily abilities. I had a stuffy nose all the time when I lied down , now i cannot notice the difference. Also I had a wobbly walk and now have stronger and faster steps. Additionally, I had an amazing experience throughout the whole treatment with a very welcoming and pleasant team. Special shout out for my Chiro, Tanesa, always smiling, patient and educational on all matters related to chiropractic 🙏🏻

I've been suffering from chronic lower back pain for several months, causing very poor mobility, leaving me unable to work and impacting on my mental health. After I've been let down by the NHS who demonstrated no intention to investigate my problem further and find out the root cause to my ill health to help me get better, I sought the help of a chiropractor privately. I've been put on a chiropractor treatment plan with Edward at this clinic, which has made an unbelievable difference. In a matter of weeks I've gotten better, and in a few months I've become able to work again.The care and knowledge that Edward demonstrated is of very high standards. It's amazing to see what a difference a proper health care can make to someone's life. I've been working ever since, I am much more confident and I am not experiencing those types of pain anymore. I can't thank Edward enough for the difference he's made to my life. Highly recommended.

I have been in this clinic before and the service has been excellent however i have visited them recently about a week ago and they charged me £150 for normal check-up and x-rays and then recommended me sessions to complete. On my second session she has charged me £55 pounds only for 10-15 minute of treatment and i had another 5 or more session to go to complete my treatment.

i do not want to name the practitioner, just to protect her job and repetition but she said they only do 15 minutes session for £55. How can you charge £55 for 15 Minutes it seems like they have a recipe from havens. I will like to know what is in that recipe?

I will never go back to this place again and i will not recommend anyone to at all.
this is what i call taking advantage of a weak circumstances.

Just an advice to her and she knows whom i am taking too, Money don't grow on trees, it's a saying not a FACT.

I developed very painful Sciatica in October and a friend recommended I make an appointment with the Chiropractor Edward. Edward set up a treatment plan for me, which included some deep tissue massages with Florence. Edward explained everything very clearly, so that I understood exactly what was involved and provided a very helpful series of exercises for me to do at home. All the treatments were extremely effective and I can now walk and climb stairs without pain, which is a massive relief, along with an improvement in my posture. I am very happy with the outcome, and would definitely recommend Edward and Florence.

I have asked Edward to help me with my migraines and I am very happy I did. My migraines improved fairly quickly and Edward has always been happy to answer my questions and flexible in adjusting the treatment according to my feedback.

So I’ve been receiving chiropractic care for the last 5 months for consistent neck and back pain. I’ve had this pain for so many years and it has finally gone!!!!! The wellness clinic and Edward have been really factual and professional and I would definitely recommend to someone experiencing the same consistent pain.

First and foremost Edward is a really nice guy, very approachable and friendly.
Edward takes time to understand your problems and sets out a very clear plan from day 1 of meeting him. He doesn't set unrealistic targets. However after 6 months of working with him all the long standing issues I had with my neck have been sorted. I plan on seeing him once a month for the foreseeable future.
