My wife and I made a decision to move 18 months ago and through an acquaintance became aware of the Swanngate site and attended the show home opening where we became familiar with the house type range one of which was particularly attractive and walked all over some of the other developer house types we had looked at in terms of design, location, price and value for money. The build quality of the show homes was clearly of the highest standard but then again aren’t they always compared to what you get.
We decided to proceed via the seamless sale process and we are so glad we did.
Would be lying to say it was stress free but the TAH Sales Team made every step of the way as smooth as possible, kept us up to date with progress and ensured we were assisted with queries, chosen specification etc.
On completion the house was not perfect as they all have minor issues but the after sales team have done their utmost to chase through the snagging in a timely manner, problems that were encountered were addressed pretty much immediately and two months in we are about sorted and loving the house. I have to give a special shout out to Jake for whom nothing is too much trouble and has been so helpful in easing those obvious worries that come with moving for the first time in 30+ years.
Build quality is excellent and follows the promises made in the brochures.
Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Visited the Sharrow, Ripon and Staveley developments and received wonderful service form Anne, Dan and Jonathon. They were happy to spend an awful lot of time showing us the houses and the explaining all of the options. They have some beautiful houses constructed to a very high standard. Much better quality than the larger developers.
