They sent the wrong dresses
They sent the wrong dresses. No one informed me they were from China couldn’t guarantee if I sent them back I would get my money back. They wanted me to pay package to China. The dresses are poorly made and shabby. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting anything of this site. Everything about this Company is not right. I would give it nought score if I could. Please don’t reply to me as you write the same to a nearly 100 percent who complain. Disgraceful Disgusting Sham Scam Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before. I had no idea the items were coming from China, now they won’t arrive in time for my holiday which was the whole reason for the order. I have emailed them twice but have yet to have a reply and the tracking number/ website just crashes. I honestly hate these companies that scam people, when will I learn my lesson and check first ! Update- I finally had replies/ correspondence from them. My items finally shipped, 11 days after placing my order and 3 days past their promised processing time. This means my items will not arrive in time of my holiday. I have had extremely frustrating emails back, saying my satisfaction is their upmost priority etc however will not refund my order and have told me I need pay for return costs, to China !! I am beyond furious. I have opened a dispute with my bank who will refund my the money once they see this company is a scam. I really wish these companies would stop .. it’s 2025 and time to be better !

I would give zero stars if I could, I placed an order, the clothes took a long time to arrive, I didn’t realise they were coming from china. The quality was ok but sizing completely off. Not the website is no longer active and no one has replied to my email regarding returns

Wish I read their reviews before I purchased. I’ve spent £110 for 3 dresses and as I’ve tried to track today the website has crashed and there is noway to track my items. Very worrying.

The company doesn't offer a full refund…
The company doesn't offer a full refund unless you return you're item to China and that is expensive re shipping costs and in my experience you don't even get a refund when you do that. They will offer a 100% (less shipping cost) store credit but no real return or refund process. This is not acceptable for an online store in my opinion. I won't be shopping at this store again.

Inferior quality the dress was nothing like the photo. The price was so much more expensive that the same dress on amazon that did have a guaranteed refund policy.
