I emailed the company with a delivery issue and they responded promptly by refilling my order and resending it!! Amazing!! I have also had emails from the founder of Thoson toys herself - thanking me for my kind words and interest in their product. This company truly caters to the customers' needs and with kindness, understanding, and superior service. I would recommend Thoson toys to everyone I know!!

Update: After two months I received an apology email and not only did they send the paper but 2 extra packs and a gift card. My granddaughter is now happily using the painting set.

The paper I bought to go with the magic light brush never arrived. I contacted them several times for more than a month they said it was on the way but the tracking shows it never left the company. I can’t use the painting set without it. My money is wasted.

Item ordered November 26 2025 and it’s now Feb 16 2026 and the item has not been received. Tricked many times by responsive Thoson support who promise to deliver but refuse to offer a refund for goods not received. After multiple broken promises to ship my ordered item I had to file a Mastercard dispute because it couldn’t be resolved directly with them. So disappointed. Save yourself the headache.

Rebecca personally reached out after reviewing my case, and I truly appreciate the accountability and transparency she showed as the founder. While the initial experience was frustrating, the way this was handled afterward made a real difference. A full refund was processed, along with a gift card, and more importantly, there was a genuine acknowledgment that mistakes were made and are being addressed internally. I respect the effort to make things right and wish the team continued growth moving forward.

I regret not checking this website before ordering the magic gel for a birthday present on 8/1/26. I’ve ordered the item on 23/12 and still waiting until today, appreciate their prompt reply every time I sent them an email. Unfortunately every reply never mentioned any certainty on when the item is going to arrive , only following up with the courier . I can’t cancel my purchase now but can request a refund once I receive the item .

Shipping took about a week, but it arrived just in time for Christmas, which was a huge relief!!! The product exceeded my expectations, the quality is really good, and everything matched what was described. The whole process felt smooth and easy. I would definitely order again and recommend this brand to others.

The Thoson website presents their products slickly and it seems like you are dealing with a reputable, trustworthy company and purchasing quality toys. I ordered a toy on Dec 7 and it arrived Jan 4 from China. It was just a generic, cheap plastic toy that was grossly overpriced compared to the exact same toy on Amazon, which offers 1 day delivery. Thoson is a very misleading company. Best to avoid it.

It has taken some time but Thoson has more than compensated us for the problems with our order for the MagLev set. I suggest the company honestly represent likely shipping/delivery times so customers can plan. Like other reviewers, I was disappointed that our order placed on 12/8/2025 did not arrive until 12/20. But the set is well-made and fun, a kick for all ages.

Order a toy from this company on December 2nd. Today, December 30th the toy still hasn't arrived. Their website is just a North America front for their production in China. I would no recommend to purchase anything from them.

Doesn’t ship and didn’t get here on time for Christmas! Wouldn’t give me a tracking number either.

I placed an order for their Thoson Bot Full Pack on December 5th and it said that it would be here by Christmas. Didn't hear anything from them so I emailed them on December 19th to make sure that it was still going to be here by then and received an email that it would not. I told them to cancel the order and they said that they couldn't do that. I filed with Paypal to get my money back because the item is useless to me if not here by Christmas and if it couldn't be here by then they should have told me that up front.

The owner got in touch with me and sent me a full refund and a credit to purchase something else on their website. I appreciate her reaching out and making it right. Raising to 3 stars because it still was very disappointing for my daughter to not get this in time for Christmas, but the owner has integrity and I like that.
