Quality product that is true to product description

We placed an order for our employee "swag" and the process was very easy and they were helpful with size questions, etc. We don't buy a huge quantity of items, but purchase high end merchandise so its important to get things right. Our order was short (1) items and the staff was quick to respond and get us the missing item with no delay. I appreciated that they were quick to address the issue with no push back, just a prompt and thoughtful resolution. Thank you - we will order again this year!

I order from Thread Logic yearly. Communication is top tier. Embroidery is always done well. They pick quality items and make it an easy process!

Products were great but was very slow shipping. I ordered on Black Friday and it took a month. Their confirmation email is badly designed and has no less than 5 fonts, 3 different letter sizes, and various highlights and bolds . After reading the fine print, it did say Xmas was not guaranteed.

It stinks because they make great product, but I would try elsewhere next time. It left me in a bad spot for Christmas.
