Shambolic company. Cancelled a mobile broadband contract in January. 3 phone calls. 3 chats. Still have the device that apparently needs to be returned to end this.
- when cancelling not told had to return device
- chat agent told me take it into a store. Store not their job
- next agent said an email had been sent with a drop off QR code
- no email
- next agent told me email used was not the one on the account and was in fact completely made up
- agent said email resent to correct email address
- no email received
- agent today said would send a Jiffy bag. Address on account no longer used. Agent then said would put me on hold while she “spoke to her team”. I said you will not, stay on the line and work this out. Magically she was then able to change the address. You couldn’t make it up. Apparently a Jiffy bag has been sent. We will see.
So much time wasted thanks to a company that is simply atrocious in its service and people. Lies, no accountability, agents who just want you and your problem off their desk, it’s shambolic. No wonder three won’t exist soon.
Avoid at all cost.

We attended the Three shop in Port Talbot and were helped by Nathan. He was very helpful and helped us set up our new phone tablet. Nathan was pleasant and polite at all times which contributed to our positive experience while in the shop.Thank you Nathan.

Poor advice in store which gives you less options than on line.
I won’t be doing any future deals.
I ended up paying more money for less data than I had previously.
I think that they are only interested in in securing the business for a further 2 years.
I was later sent a letter by Three advising that my contract was ending and I would go onto a rolling monthly contract.
This would have been cheaper and kept me on my existing plan.
Apparently, there is no cooling off period for plans taken out in store.
Obviously they don’t tell you this in store. Shocking service.

Great price, intermittent service and poor customer service. Problems happen but getting them sorted is very inefficient and time consuming. - *Update no request received for any info to investigate*

Switch the three around December so far the customer service so helpful and very quick resolve any issues that I had prices are littel on high side but you pay for what you get my signal been perfect around my home town unfortunately over Christmas I had travel where there was no signal left me without service but this I been assured being looked into as we speak known long term issue that’s being worked on but overall very positive experience will be recommend anyone to join

The three network is excellent I'd love to give it the extra 1 ⭐ but there are so many things the network needs to improve on? Signal is the highest issue here especially in places today where the competition is doing better for example the underground stations remote areas I'm sure many people will agree with me.

Regarding this review I have since forwarded my concerns to Three via the Call Centre, Three Store and website and I have been dealt with fairly and promptly. The matter is to be resolved. Thank you

Three offers good value and we run our Internet using their mobile signal from a nearby tower. However (it was coming wasn’t it) the signal is now not as fast or strong and I guess this is related to their merger with Vodaphone and sharing masts. If it continues to get worse we will need to change providers

Poor reception, and when I complained was told it’s a long-term issue. no quick fix. Online customer service agents were rude.

Working and dealing in a fast paced business environment , it was an absolute pleasure to chat via the app with Mathew - all my concerns and questions were answered with professionalism and transparent ease, very clear and concise . Three business is the best provider, highly recommended keep your amazing professional customer service people very valuable.

The prices and deals offered by this company are genuinely competitive, and that was the main reason I signed up. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t lived up to expectations.
Customer service over the phone has been disappointing — long wait times and unhelpful responses, which might be due to their offshore support setup. On top of that, the network performance has been consistently poor. Even in areas where they claim to have strong 5G coverage, mobile data is slow and unreliable.
Overall, the value is there on paper, but the service quality and network issues make it hard to recommend at this point

5G hub highly recommended - solved my business problem of a consistently very good internet connection. Customer services have been good and I have just renewed my contract for 2 more years.

Absolutely disgusting.
I did a top-up o my mobile only to find they have stolen my money and set my phone to make emergency calls ONLY.
I went on their live chat and the useless assistant Ahtashamdad (obviously in India) refused to listen, I even gave him the SIM number which he asked for, then he told me he could not locate it - it was one THEY sent me.
I have emailed them to make an official complaint and they do nothing, not even had the decency to respond.
I will give them the statutory 8 weeks and then I'm going to OfCom. I want my money back and phone re-set so that I can use it.
Nothing but conning ignorant thieves.
