I have used Three Ships two times now and already see a difference. Upon waking in the morning, my skin looks hydrated and this is huge for me. My skin feels wonderful after using this product. I think the starter kit is genious. Now that I have sampled, I will definately purchase more. Thank you!

Customer service is top tier!!
I was trying to place an order on a long weekend sale and was having issues, I reached out in the “contact us” section and was pleasantly surprised to get a reply with the information I needed to complete my order on the Sunday of a long weekend, that is amazing!
As well the products are fantastic, I ordered the trail kit about a year ago and within two weeks ordered all the products in full size and have been using them faithfully since, i even ordered more trial kit sizes that are the best for travel(two week supply in tiny containers for flying with carry on only it’s the best)

Have not taken the opportunity at the time to buy or use any of the products. I had a concern that I shared with the company, it was responded to in a timely manner. Communication was clear, understanding and compassion was shown. In a time when customer service, generally speaking, is not what it has been in the past (I’m not talking about the “customer is always right” garbage, just dealing with pleasant, thoughtful people), it was really nice to experience it here. It added trust and an assurance that I will indeed purchase my desired products.

I loved that I could order the sample pack first to make sure I loved the products. It only took a few days for me to decide to buy the full sizes of these great products. Customer service is also great.

I was looking for natural skin products and there's not a product of theirs I've tried that I haven't really liked. Reasonable pricing, fast & friendly customer service. This company seems to be doing everything well to me!

I debated rating with 4 stars because I had an issue with an order not arriving after a month, and had a terrible time reaching anyone through emails and Facebook messenger. But, when I did finally get a response, they went above and beyond what I expected and the issue was handled very quickly. I have had a few interactions with representatives since and they have been wonderful. So much so, that the positive experiences I have had, more than eliminated that one bad experience in my mind. Things happen and they made it right. I truly believe they care about their customer’s’ experiences. I love the products and will continue to support this company.

On November 24, I placed an order for products intended as a Christmas gift. By December 9, having received no shipping confirmation or communication regarding my order, I contacted customer service to inquire about its status.

During those communications, I was informed that there had been an oversight with my order and was assured that it would be fast-tracked, along with a complimentary item as a gesture of appreciation for my understanding. However, later that same day, I received an email advising that my order had been cancelled due to the products being sold out and that a refund would be issued.

Given the timeline, it is disappointing that my order was not fulfilled despite being placed well before the items sold out. As this order was intended for an upcoming Christmas event, the late cancellation left me with very limited time to secure an alternative gift. I feel that the cancellation was a direct result of the initial handling of my order, which reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided

I have tried many products now and really like them. I have always used naturally sorced facial items before and thought I would give Three Shps a try-so glad I did.

Always love these products! Have tried many and have loved each of them. Great rewards system for recurring customers. Recently had an item missing from my order and it was sent out within days of receiving my email. Was so pleased at how easy and pleasant the company was to deal with. Will be purchasing again soon.
