Very responsive company. Had a minor problem and they made it right immediately. Great product too.

I recently ordered products from this company and one of the bottles had overflowed into the box. I sent an email that evening and by the morning I had a reply that a replacement had been shipped free of charge. Excellent customer service. Love that this is a Canadian company and that products are natural. Haven’t been using the products long enough to comment on results but will in the near future.

I love all of three ships products that I have tried. They are perfect for my sensitive skin. Dream is the best addition to my skin care routine. I have been using it for over a year now and am loving the results. I saw a difference in how my skin felt and looked after just one use. I used to wake up with dry, itchy skin (especially in the winter) not any more! Dream keeps my face feeling moisturized and fresh all night long. I love how it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. It's a dreamy (pun intended) light moisturizer that I cannot go without. I 100% reccomend all of three ships products to everyone looking to improve their skin care routine.

I love this product! I started using it 6 weeks ago because I wanted something Canadian and women owned. I wasn’t disappointed. My skin is visibly hydrated and firmed. The quality of ingredients is by far the best I have experienced. Thank you for making a great option for mature skin!

It feels refreshing everytime I put it on. I feel really good wearing it makes me feel young. The scent not a fan of but we all have our own thoughts on that doesn't make or break the product for me. I'm 62 run a fulltime daycare 5 girls ages 4 to 1yr 2 of the girls are my Granddaughters so running after little ones all day my skin still looks fresh. Makes me feel good to be a proud Canadian woman. Thank you ladies for making a Canadian product for us. Seen a cousin of mine last weekend she said "your skin looks amazing" I never even thought until I got home about my three ships, so I sent her text about the product. Text me back she bought a bottle to try. Again ty 😊

In an effort to switch from my most US made/owned skin care, I decided to try Three Ships and have not been disappointed! Loving the Dream cream, it’s rich and creamy, goes on smoothly and love it as a night cream. It is on the thicker side so keep that in mind. Replaced my Cream de la Mer! Customer service is also great, I got my order quickly and got some cool freebies as well.

Really negative customer experience with the customer service team. No accountability for their mistakes and they just are not as green as their social media makes you think. Also negative reviews keep getting reported as spam. Their products also don’t all work so don’t believe all that you see on social.

Poor customer service. Products are faulty with the packaging not working and it takes the longest time to ever get a replacement. the products don't all work. The glasses are very heavy and not very ecofriendly to ship glass as it's heavy and prone to dropping. Their website has massive problems with their loyalty program not working properly. And then they tell you that they will ship you your free product as an 'exception' even though it's their website that isn't working so their point is not even acknowledging that. The founder responds to tell you that they won't replace the product after this instance and just ignores that they haven't read their emails and just blames the customer for their shortcomings. Just horrible.
