Everything about this place is pretty standard besides redemptions. Redemption is capped to $100 at a time and processed once a week at best. So yes a $5600 balance requires no less than a year to redeem in full. Personally I've received $200 of a $4500 balance in about 24 days. I'm currently 35 years old but I look forward to reporting on the completion of my full balance redemption in 2028. I truly wish I could share the complete lack of clarity, reason, and justification for the above processes provided by customer support. But long story short their mission is to delay and deny redemptions and there is no alternative approach that can improve the chance of a successful redemption and they understand and are sorry for the frustrating experience but tough luck.

Plenty of great games. I had a bit of trouble with the verification site used, but customer service quickly helped me with the verification. I received my redemption in just a few hours! The quickest response time I’ve received from any site’s customer support team!

If I could put zero stars that is what they would get. DO NOT DEPOSIT OR SHARE YOUR IDENTITY ON THIS SITE. Be very careful playing on ThrillCoin casino. My sister & partner had a terrible experience trying to redeem their winnings. After submitting everything they requested, they kept saying my identification was “under review with compliance” and stopped responding with any real updates. It feels like they delay payouts and leave players waiting indefinitely with no resolution or communication. Customer support gives the same repeated answers and never follows through. I would strongly advise others to think twice before depositing money on this site if you expect fair and timely redemptions. They have your identity keep that in mind.
If reviews are truly handled in the exact order received, then I would appreciate a clear explanation for the extended delay and a realistic timeframe for resolution. Repeatedly directing customers back to support without providing meaningful updates only adds to the frustration.

I understand the need for security and privacy, but transparency and communication are equally important, but so is our identity.

If only I could give zero stars. Worst redemption process ever. They claim to be instant, ha… good luck. I requested a redemption and waiting over 12 hours for them to cancel it. And they don’t even tell you it’s canceled. After 24 hours I was able to redeem 600 of the 1600 I tried to redeem. Every following redemption I tried to make was almost immediately canceled in their end. Stay away from this casino!!! Absolute joke. Support is responsive but absolutely useless. Just canned responses(most likely what they’ll leave in this comment) about their procedures being subject to further review(bullshit). I’ve played dozens of SC sites and I would absolutely never deposit another dime on here, which is a shame, I’d like to play here but if I can’t redeem, what’s the point?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I verified my identity before purchasing to make sure redemption would go smooth. It did not. They needed pictures of my card and a selfie holding it. Their instant redemtion turned into 4 hours of me asking them when I could redeem, after reading all the reviews I decided to just play through my balance, and close my account. Do NOT play on this site. They will not pay you, they want you to grow impatient and go back to playing til you lose. They will offer you promo codes as if this horrible experience can be remedied by a discount on a purchase? I hope to see them shut down soon.
