Delivery was quick and loved the instruction video, always helps to see it in person then reading a pamphlet. Also enjoyed the personal thank you email from the boss. The beanbag itself is extremely durable and made from quality material which will last for many years. Great purchase and will definitely get another when he outgrows this one.

We bought the adult sized Throne Boss for our 12 year old grandson and he was excited to receive it. Delivery was prompt and the order was correct.
A downside is that after a couple of weeks it 'bottomed out' due to most of the beans being pushed up into the backrest section. We read all the instructions and put in the correct amount of beans and had bought enough to keep on hand to refill, which has firmed up the seat area again. We had read that it needs a top-up from time to time, however, an improved design would be two compartments/zips: one for the backrest and one for the seat.

Would be better if there was another zip where handle is on top of head rest as it would be easier to do top ups as the back/headrest is easier to shake beans downwards to create an area to fill. Other than that it is durable and comfortable.. I also have to put a blanket over it as it gets very sweaty after a short period of time sitting on it. Hope this helps to improve your product.
