The main reason for booking the experience was to have a lap with Tiff Needell. I was told “that’s not going to happen today, you will have to come back another day”. This was not an option for me, so I opted for a few laps in another car which I had to wait almost an hour for. The single seater was not a formula Renault as stated in the experience. Silverstone or Bands is much better.

we and Tiff were disappointed that we could not offer any Tiff rides on the day.
we had an issue with the BMW M2 early in the morning and Tiff took it straight off Circuit to the local BMW dealership who did not have the parts in stock. we then tried for a number of hours to get the parts through a number of independent suppliers from quite far afield.
unfortunately no one had the part available and we therefore had to cancel.
this was genuinely beyond ours and Tiffs control.
the majority of the affected guests are returning , I appreciate this was not an option for you and you had some rides on circuit and had to wait as did a number of others as without Tiff we had to find places with other instructors on a busy day.
we did everything within our power to try and make it happen and make the most for our guests of a bad situation.
if your circumstances do change and you could return please do not hesitate to contact me and we will do our utmost to pair you up with Tiff.
The ability to have more laps in the Formula Renault made it for me.

Loved this product,, especially the 10 laps in a single seater. Would have been even better if the limiter could have been lifted to a higher speed. High speed passenger lap in the formula race car was amazing, loved the high speed. Tiff was fantastic and made me feel.like I had known him for ages. Going sideways through the chicane and other corners was something memorable for my 50th birthday present
