Was a bit skeptical as with any supplement but found that this helped balance me out a bit more around my period. Always got headaches in the lead up to my period but drinking a thryv every day in the lead up seems to help so that they’re barely noticeable.
Have been drinking one a day for about 5 weeks now apart from a 4 day period where I was away and forgot to take them with me. I noticed a difference in how I was feeling by the 2nd day of missing it, and that was enough for me to make this my daily routine. Bonus points for it being all natural too!
