Die vom Anbieter angegebene Lieferzeit lag bei 7–10 Werktagen; tatsächlich traf meine Bestellung jedoch erst nach 19 Tagen ein. Es handelte sich bereits um meine dritte Bestellung. Schon bei der zweiten Lieferung kam es zu Verzögerungen, zudem ließ die Qualität der Ware spürbar nach.

Paradoxerweise hatte ich damals die teuerste Seidenvariante gewählt. Dennoch wirkte die Faser matt, weniger glatt und wies keinen der für hochwertige Seide typischen Glanz auf – die Stoffstruktur war insgesamt deutlich anders. Gerade bei einem Kissenbezug sind diese Eigenschaften jedoch entscheidend, um den gewünschten Beauty- und Kühleffekt zu erzielen.

terrible customer service and poor quality

I purchased a 22 momme silk sheet set expecting durability and quality consistent with that weight of silk. Unfortunately, within just a few weeks of normal use, the fabric began pilling and showing visible signs of wear. This is not what I would expect from 22 momme silk, which is typically marketed as long-lasting and resistant to this kind of damage.

I contacted customer service immediately, but because I reached out on day 31, just ONE DAY outside their 30-day window and they refused to offer a replacement or refund. Instead, I was given a promo code toward another purchase, which doesn’t address the underlying quality issue.

Given the price point and advertised quality, this experience is disappointing. A product like this should hold up far longer than a few weeks, and customer support should take reasonable concerns like this seriously, especially when the issue arises so quickly after purchase.

I would recommend NOT purchasing or supporting this company. There are far too many others with much better customer service and quality products

THX Silk seems to be a brand by…

THX Silk seems to be a brand by manufacturer Taihu Snow Silk who messaged me in 2020 as a potential supplier for my business. I make all of my silk accessories in house so let them know I wasn't looking for a supplier. Imagine my surprise when I find Taihu Snow using my own images on their Alibaba page in 2026. Clearly not a company to be trusted if they ignore copyright and intellectual property so blantantly.

Edit: Thank you for the response but I’m afraid this lacks any real resolution and comes across as nothing more than PR fluff. Please provide a suitable email for me to send you more details only if you intend to actually provide a suitable resolution, otherwise I will assume there is no intent to take any accountability for the damage brands like yours do to small, honest businesses.

Material Fruad No After-sales Support

I purchased Silk Pillowcase, which was advertised as "100% Mulberry Silk". However, the product arrived with significant quality and material defects, highly mismatch from description: The fabric has static electricity and friction, which won’t happen on 100% silk. And the material has irritated my skin. The item has a pungent acidic chemical smell as I open the package, making it unsafe to use as bedding.
I contacted the merchant immdeiately for refund, but they have since been completely non-responsive. The merchant failed to provide a product that matches the description and refused to provide after-sales support

Reviews are either fake or exaggerated and inflated.

I have not purchased anythign from them yet, however I looked at their reviewws on their website and they say they have 5.0 stars on their sleep caps out of 64 reviews, yet the pages of the reviews are the exact same scripting only with different names. For instance, Stephanie said--"I bought this for my daughter and she loves wearing it to bed. She finds it’s comfortable and her hair is less frizzy and greasy the next day" and then Joyce said the exact same thing "I bought this for my daughter and she loves wearing it to bed. She finds it’s comfortable and her hair is less frizzy and greasy the next day." All they ahve done is copy and pasted reviews with different folks names.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a set off of their Amazon page, which is ran by THXSILK NOT a 3rd party seller. When I reached out to customer support from Amazon, THX SILK replied that I needed to reach out to the 3rd party seller and NEVER got a response back after several emails sent. This company will not reply to your customer service requests, and the sheet was defective and ripped in two places. I do NOT recommend buying from this company.

Hände weg. Versand klappt nicht, Kundendienst nicht zu erreichen. Erst nach Geldrückforderungsversuch über Paypal kommt ein keineswegs zufrieden stellender Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice zustande. Paket ist nach über 3 Wochen nicht angekommen, Zustellfirma hat Ware ebenfalls noch nicht erhalten. Stornierung nicht möglich. Rückgabe auf eigene Kosten erst möglich, wenn Paket angekommen wäre. Absurd.

I hope you are well.
We recently received an order for the 25 Momme Premium Luxury 100% Mulberry Silk Fitted Sheet (Pearl White, 180x200+30cm) for a total of €280.00.
After completing our order, we noticed that the exact same product is currently available on Amazon for approximately €100 less. This price difference is quite significant and honestly unexpected, especially when ordering directly through your official store.
For your reference, you will find our order confirmation included below in this email, and we have also attached screenshots from Amazon showing the lower price.
We chose to purchase directly from you because we value brand quality and customer relationship. However, such a large price gap is difficult to understand.
Could you please clarify this pricing difference?
We would greatly appreciate either a refund of the price difference or a store credit voucher.
We are currently planning to purchase additional silk bedding (duvet cover and possibly pillowcases) in the coming months, and we would be very happy to continue ordering directly from you if we can resolve this matter fairly.

Refuses to help repair their product

Very nice feel, but has a small hole in it. I reached out to customer support asking for a small scrap of matching fabric so I can patch the hole. After a week delay, I finally get a response thanking me for my "continued loyalty to their brand" but also saying they don't have any fabric scraps or repair materials for their products. I have no doubt they have an abundance of suitable scraps they would otherwise throw out that could be mailed along with a letter apologizing for their attitude. If they will not assist their customer in repairing their "luxury" product, then they're viewing their product as disposable and have immediately lost my loyalty to their brand. Had I known they wouldn't even make a token effort to help a customer continue their enjoyment of the product, I would never have purchased from THXSilk in the first place!

Housse de couette jamais livrée

J’ai commandé une housse de couette sur ce site cependant elle n’est pas arrivée, alors que depuis samedi 21 janvier 2026 elle est indiquée comme ayant été livrée. J’ai envoyé un mail qui est resté sans réponse. Il est impossible de les joindre et la commande n’a pas été livrée. Je vous déconseille fortement de commander quoi que ce soit sur ce site.

The company sells definitely fake silk. I bought more times on this site Silk Bed linen.
I washed it according to the label instructions, but the fabric still unfortunately broke.

Package never arrived

Gift never arrived - tracking link did not work- Customer service non existent-
Do not do business with this company!
I ordered a gift (silk pajamas for $151) on 12/15/25. Never arrived.
Tracking link provided did not work.
You cannot get through to anyone, and the customer service number I found goes to a ANSWERING MACHINE for this company!
I opened a dispute with my credit card company on 1/19/26.
THEN, ThXsilK quickly notified me via email, that they are “unable to issue credit due to the pending dispute” and went on to say, “You need to call your credit card company to close the dispute before we can credit”.
I did do that on 2/4, and guess what- still no credit! The WORST company I’ve EVER dealt with!
-(Oh, and DONT address me as “ Hi Dear” when you email me. It’s unprofessional and sounds ridiculous.)
I don’t have time for this- Just give me my damn refund!

First of all

First of all, for a Long time I didn‘t know where my Package was. the Package csme. I ordert 2 travelneckpillows, one is perfect, but the other one : It was sewn incorrectly, so it can’t be closed at the front. Sending it back and waiting again — with another huge CO₂ footprint from shipping it halfway around the world — just wasn’t worth it to me.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Ordered a pillowcase on December 10th and never received it, a pillowcase! After 40 days I asked for my money back after my item was clearly lost in the mail and was told to wait a couple more days to ensure my package was actually lost. Insane and the package never came. Every week I asked for updates and all they would do is copy and paste shipping updates from the tracker, which can be done without customer support. Spend your money elsewhere

Long 4-5 month shipping times

Beware ordering from this company. When I placed my order they stated 7-10 days for shipping. I just check the tracking number they sent me and it's going to be 4-5 months! Can't say anything about the product quality.
