My baby loves these bottles. The nipple flow are easily found and shipped quickly.
I received a bottle which was defective. Reached out to their customer care team. Received a new bottle that works perfectly very quickly.

A case to be studied in Business Ethics
This manufacturer has created thousands of fake profile bots in order to combat a viral video of a mom testing their glass bottles for tremendously unsafe levels of lead in their paint. Bad business ethics, instead of recalling the product they are investing in bot farms to drown out the negative press.

My son got LEAD POISONING from this…
My son got LEAD POISONING from this bottle. I go these as a gift at my baby shower. The paint had lead in it and the company refuses to acknowledge it. We didn't know about it until a video popped up on my for you page and his blood levels at the doctors proved it as they were high, once we stopped the bottles (which was the only change) they were down a week later. These bottles are seriously dangerous DO NOT BUY THEM.

Thyseed bottles covered in Lead paint
I tested the paint on the bottles I bought after seeing a video of someone finding lead paint on their set of Thyseed bottles and sure enough, they are covered in lead paint! These bottles are not safe to use!

They dont process your return request. Fraud
They donot process return even if your return is within their return policy time frame. They also have lead in their baby bottles. To return items you have to email them. They donot respond back to your emails. Basically they are fraud. I am going to file a lawsuit m the baby bottles I received had damaged packaging as if they were some cheap quality amazon buy and used. Also they dont cover shipping charges. They are a fraud.
