Sent a product I’m pretty sure is just plain flour. Also sent the wrong product for the order anyways and said to send back. Well, I had already opened it… want me to send back an opened product to, what, re-sell to someone else?? Was only when I pointed this out I received a discount for a future order. Which is what should have been offered from the beginning. I wasn’t looking for anything “for free” but this was a huge “mistake” on their part. Then again, decided they could absolutely just keep that little money because I don’t want any “future orders” with them for plain flour. Can get that much cheaper at the supermarket. Tried them a few times because of overnight shipping options but would definitely rather “plan better” and stick to my “og” place.

Been ordering couple years , 99% of time is quick reply. Good quality. Shipping is great , when it hasn’t been it’s bc I was living in an area w extra transports for packages. Way out of town etc. but overall has been great quick and honest.

Definitely the top of the line when it comes to customer service and the best product I can get recently. Fast replies regarding any shipping issues and they often give out discounts around the holidays which is nice.

Scammers be careful, They don't have a point of sale because they scam .
Also they are extremely rude.

This Company has never let me down. They are extremely professional. They have went way out of their way to always make sure I am satisfied. I have only been a customer with them for about a month. But so far it's been great. They ship out on time and they almost always respond within 10mins of me contacting them with any issue or questions. Even with the recent supply issues they have had inventory most the time.
