I like my sweaters but the shipping took longer than I expected. After waiting a few weeks I was questioning if this was a scam.

The sweaters are very nice. Can't speak to wear, pilling, fit, etc., as one is a Christmas gift. I will say that it took a long time to arrive. It was ordererd on Oct. 20, shipped on Oct. 30, and didn't arrive until November 13. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but was too late, so it will be for Christmas now.

Cardigan isn’t as thick as I’d hoped but I like both sweaters.

The shipping took forever but the product was great. I would recommend, just be aware that the shipping time is crazy.

The shipment took over a month to arrive. Some items were better quality than others. Two of the sweaters are quite scratchy, and I am not sure if I will wear them, but will keep them as the return is not worth the hassle. Not sure if I will purchase from them again.

0 stars if possible! Poor quality clothing/sizing. I’ve been trying to find out how to return the $100 worth of clothing I purchased for over a month now and the 24/7 “customer service” just keeps sending me emails asking me questions. The last email I received asked if I’d accept $15 and keep the clothing that DOESN’T FIT NOR DO I WANT😡 Worst online shopping experience or company ever!!!!!

I’m ok with the items. My dark grey sweater has blue buttons. I was not too thrilled about that. I was hoping they were black like the photo.
The 35 day delivery ended up being almost 2 months. I was not too happy about that either.
The sweaters are of a good quality that I can tell thus far.

I love the sweater itself; it’s light-weight as advertised, so people need to believe what they read. The entire transaction took a very long time; I actually forgot I had ordered the sweater by the time it had arrived!

I like the sweater but.... However it was advertised as "Olive" green and it is definitely more of a Kelley green. Also, there is no "care label" and I am afraid to wash/shrink it. It is soft and I do like it - just not as advertised

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for delivery when the order said 7-14 days. This may be a scam. If I receive this item I will update the review accordingly.
