I ordered tickets from ticketiq for Morgan Wallen concert. Paid over $1,000. They never came in my email. After finally finding the receipt in SPAM, I saw that It states the tickets arrive on may 3rd. The concert is on May 4th. Sent email to ticket in support on 12/5. No reply. Now the hassle of contacting customer support continues. So far trust is very low for ticket iq.
Easy to use though was not clear how to set up a new account
Terrible experience and worst in 20 years of using ticket agencies. Lied about delivery date so that with an hour to go before the game and still no tickets i had to buy more on site from NFL office. After the game i am contacted to say originals had been transferred so they can avoid refund costs. Terrible.
Highly recommend, they don't have any fees so the price you see is the price you pay. Significantly cheaper than any other ticket website I've come across and way cheaper than StubHub or Vivid.
Large selection of tickets for the Jets game I wanted and no extra fees at the end. Edelivery was quickly sent to my phone too. Very smooth transaction.
Great prices, and much cheaper than Stubhub. The site is also easy to use and there are no fees! My go to ticket site for all events.
Great product and service. Love the updated interface. The no fee model is also great and the tickets I got were 20% less than Stubhub. I also had a question about my tickets, emailed customer service and they got back to me within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
