I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ticket Monster, and especially to Hayk Chatman for helping me resolve my issue.

I cannot express how appreciative I am for Ticketmonster. The service was recommended to me by a friend when I shared my frustration and questioned the validity of a red light violation I received. I feel whatever the outcome with my ticket, although I am hopeful, I am grateful to Ticketmonster and Hank for offering me the opportunity to have a voice in the process.
