Scam Tickets, had to buy new ones on site

Fake website bought tickets for Louvre and found out when i got there they were fake. Had to buy new genuine ones. Glad i paid by credit card so hepoefully will get refund.

Fake website: I ordered 2 tickets issued on another person's name.
Louvre refused and I had to re-buy the tickets inside.

It smells there is an agreement with Louvre itself, as to buy tickets through the official Louvre portal is impossible (demential procedure) and people at the ticket check are aware of it and smile gently...

Fake website, don't book tickets. At the time of ticket scanning, ticket shows a different name.I have asked to book another ticket at the counter here.

I called the representative and he asked me to send the mail to refund the amount and cut the call.

Update dated 29-May: I got my refund today.

BOOKED TICKETS USING THIS WEBISTE FOR TODAY 18/4 AND WAS TOLD WHEN ENTERING THE TICKETS WERE FAKE !

This is a scam, ordered lourve tickets and found they were fake. Waste of time and money 😡
Someone needs to shut down these fraudsters
Do not buy from them as you will be wasting your money and it will cost you double.

Fake Tickets. Had to purchase again at Louvre, not happy. Website looks professional and genuine but all the reviews say otherwise.

FAKE TICKETS FOR THE LOUVRE!!!

I wish I’ve seen these reviews before my purchase. Same story as the others - bought three tickets and they were rejected by the Louvre due to being fraudulent. I had to buy new tickets. The Louvre staff were helpful, and the manager submitted a fraud report to the local authority, of which I was given a copy, so I can use it in order to claim my money back from the bank. I’m also about to submit a report to Action Fraud in UK, so future transactions to this merchant to be banned by the UK banks. I would advise every victim of this merchant to do the same - report to police.

Scam!!! Stay away.

I had a very bad experience. I ordered tickets for the Louvre Museum in Paris. When I got to the Museum it turned out it was under somebody elses name! I had to pay twice and waisted a lot of time and money. I was sold Fake tickets

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I bought 4 tickets for the Louvre , and instead of immediately receiving the tickets with the hours I selected, they sent me an email over the oreselected , knowing a vulgar language that they will not pay me the money because they sent me the tickets already (which do not work anyway) . It is incredible that such sites exist and the police do nothing. BIG FRAUD!

tickets2000 truffa. Acquistati biglietti per entrata al Louvre di Parigi. Ricevuti per mail da sales@tickets2000.
Biglietti non validi, ho chiesto in biglietteria e hanno confermato che si tratta di una truffa. Lo stesso numero di prenotazione era stato emesso in mattinata ad una coppia che ha visitato il Louvre. Noi li abbiamo acquistati alle 14:00 per entrata alle 16:00. Acquistare solo sul sito ufficiale ora l'ho imparato a mie spese.

Do not use.

DO NOT USE. SCAM !!!!! We got tickets , couldn't get through barrier, was told to go ticketing assistance in louvre . Was told my tickets , which was booked for 130pm had already been used at 10am and ours not valid . Some thing for a couple behind us , booked for 2pm , their ticket had been used by someone at 10am also . To say the Louvre staff were unhelpful is an understatement, unsympathetic, and girl behind desk laughed when I asked for the manager . Manager came , just said fake / fraud and if we still wanted to come in we would have to pay another 68 euros. To add insult to injury , Tickets 2000 sent me an email today to leave them a review. Hesitant ti do so incase I click on something that causes some malware issue . Get you tickets from The Louvre website or Get Your Guide .

I would give them zero stars if I could. Got scammed out of this company for 3 tickets that I purchased for the Louvre Museum in Paris. Stay away from this website at all costs!!!
