I wish i could give less than a 1 star. I ordered tickets for a comedy show and it said error with my card information, eventually I gave up and looked down at my phone… CHARGING MY CARD 4 SEPARATE TIMES! I emailed tech support and they were absolutely no help

Ordered tickets to the Improv in Brookfield, WI. They overcharged me with bogus fees an extra $100! The charge went on my credit card immediately, but no email or text or confirmation of my tickets.
Called my credit card company to report this scam. They immediately credited back the amount to my credit card and are pursuing an investigation. ALWAYS REMEMBER ANY PURCHASES YOU MAKE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ARE PROTECTED 😊

Bad customer service
My partner purchased two tickets for a music gig. The day of the gig he realised he had accidentally deleted the email with the tickets. The phone number just tells you to email and there no instant chat so i emailed. I explained the situation asking for the tickets to be resent but there's a delay of a day or so with with email. So we've purchased more tickets, sent an email explaining the situation and asking for the original lost tickets to be refunded. The answer was No Refund. Which I understand, but these tickets were lost. Not used. Not sold. Not just us changing our mind. Lost. And Ticket Web refuses to refund the cost even though we had to purchased more tickets due to their not having a phone line to contact.

If you ever have problems with your event, TicketWeb WILL NOT help you in any way. After purchasing concert tickets, we were informed that the venue changed the date of the show- a new date that doesnt allow us to attend due to previous commitments. Obviously, the change of the show date had nothing to do with action on our end of any kind. After sending multiple emails, I was told that they will not refund the tickets or even exchange them for future credit. It isn't my first issue I've had, but just an example of our frustration. Additionally, in 2020, we didn't even get a refund on tickets to a show that was cancelled due to covid. After 3 strikes, I'm out. Avoid this company if you can.
IF TICKETWEB is the provider, make another plan for your money and time.
TicketWeb is the worst ticket pimp on the scene. We have tickets for Paul Rodriguez in Ontario, CA. The Venue is world class on the circuit. Our business itinerary changed due to an error. This is a business visit with an important client. We only needed to move the tickets to the next night. Not cancel, no refund request, just a simple night change. TicketWeb was as unhelpful as they could be, not even trying to understand a simple change. We were treated as if we were trying to get something for nothing. I loath this agent, I will choose a different event in the future if I see TicketWeb is the ticket provider. All friends, family and business partners will also understand just how unaware this company is, so will the venue and the promoting management.

Fake tickets. Spent $120 per ticket so $240 for a concert which was legit but once tickets were purchased the venue location and even changed for some reason. Turned away at door… such a bad experience. Screw this website do not buy here always buy from venue. Lesson learned….

They sold me a so-called VIP ticket and never informed me that it wasn't actually a ticket. Just an addition to the ticket now. It said this is not your ticket so that makes you believe you have to go to. Will call if they're not actually selling you a ticket number one they should tell you before the sale because all sales are final and number two that asinine warning should have said this is not a ticket as when it says this is not your ticket, it leads you to believe you have one

This company goes against its own policies. I purchased three tickets for an event, used a promo code to give a discount of 50%. I was super stoked till I realized after that I was charged full price. I had a few people purchase both before and after and thankfully they did not experience the glitch. I reached out to ticketweb, by email, because all three numbers I could find for customer service would not allow you to speak with anyone, which I think is a horrible way of doing business. I did receive a response the next days declining the adjustment for the system error.
They responded that I probably didn't receive the discount because there are only an alloted amount. This statement wasn't the case because the promo is 1. Still available for a few days and 2. I had others in my group purchase after me. 3. Still active for same show, today.
I'm not looking for a refund just the discount that I was entitled too.
Company policy states,"If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other TicketWeb operated system."
I was very responsive to the situation and expressed that I am in no way looking for a refund, only an adjustment for the amount that I should have been charged. If a refund was the only option, I am able to repurchase the code is still active.
Being that this company is a apart of ticket master I would have expected them to have higher standards and better customer service. I have no issues expressing my experience, as others have, in hopes that this promotes changes within the company and a resolution to these ongoing issues that so many have voiced.
It's saddening to see the lack of human compassion, understanding and willingness to help from a company.

There was no event and no staff to facilitate the services that were purchased by the ticketweb. Ticketweb Customber service basically said too bad and would not issue a refund for the services that were paid for and never received.

I waited 5 days after my email and unfortunately was not reimbursed for my loss even after ticketweb website says you can contact for a response.
Ticketweb should be avoided if possible.
