No response from numerous emails, no answer to phone calls. TidalRaveSports your customer care receives ZERO from me.
I ordered mid July. It was next day delivery for the package.
Tracking my delivery returned nothing. I contacted the delivery company. I was told to contact the supplier...
the SUPPLIER NEVER RESPONDS !!
The package was a gift which I required for the beginning of August.
It eventually arrived 30th July.. luckily still in time.
When I eventually did get a reply from the supplier, 13th August, I was told, "The parcel was delivered 30/7" with a photo as proof.... that was it!!
I've tried to raise a formal complaint, but guess what..... the supplier will not send info how to log this....
The product is great... the people skills are the worst ever!!

Overall I give the board 5 ⭐️s but I contacted them 6 weeks ago now regarding a broken waterproof case. They replied asking for photos which I supplied. That was 3 weeks ago, no response. It was only that I didn't end up in the water that my phone was saved.

Had a glitch with website but was quickly resolved board is great thanks 👍

2nd Tidal Rave board I own. I love the designs! Quick delivery and good quality accessories & bag. Went straight out on the water and had a fantastic time!

Absolute 5-star experience with the Tidal Rave paddle board! The colourful design instantly grabbed my attention it really stands out on the water. It comes as a complete kit with everything you need, plus thoughtful extras like the paddle strap that make a huge difference. Delivery was super quick, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Online order easy to place. Delivery a couple of days late but definitely worth the wait. The board is of great quality and so is the entire kit that comes with it. Already used it once on a day out on the canal, and it performed great, next to try it at the beach, can't wait.

Purchased a paddleboard from Tidal Rave for close to £300 a year ago. I have used it around 6 times, inflated as advised, dried after use and stored correctly. Inflated this week and I have a leak from a faulty seam. Contacted customer service to be told this is not covered by the warranty. Absolutely terrible customer service for the price paid. The boards look great but are obviously not constructed to a high standard if seams fail after minimal use. I would not recommend this company.
UPDATE - The video requested by customer services cearly shows air leaking from a faulty seam as the substandard glue used in construction has failed in 12 months.

There was a problem on tidal raves end when it came to the product so I didn't get the paddle board when I had planned to. They kept me updated though with everything that happened and the paddle board is fantastic.

I got the board for the wife she absolutely loves it.

Everyone moans about your service but i have purchased two boards from you and both times it's been spot on

Great product with a high demand. If you can wait a week or two for delivery it's well worth the wait

We love our new sup. Easy to put up and deflate.
It also looks so stylish on the water..
Way beyond any other design I've seen. We got the matching life jacket which is great too.

Took 3 weeks to arrive but when it did , son was over the moon. Such a good board and be kit that comes with it is all good quality. I need to get myself one now too

Ordered paddle boards from Tidal Rave and they had advertised a date for delivery. Boards did not arrive on the date specified. Then received an email saying they were running late with shipping out.

I replied requesting to cancel the order, and had no reply. Followed up with 3 phone calls only to sit in queues for around 30 minutes before giving up (number 2,2,4 in the queue, so hardly a large queue).

Eventually spoke to someone on the 4th phone call attempt who advised they would get the boards returned to them (allegedly the boards were out for delivery that day), and issue a refund.

It is now over a week and no refund has been given, also no reply to emails sent to them (despite them stating all emails replied to within 48 hours). I have started a chargeback via my bank to try and gain a refund.

Can't recommend them for customer service (difficult to get to, and they do not do what they say they will).

Fantastic 24 hour delivery. Brilliant board with some really nice extras (kayak seat for one). Really like the locking system of the find compared to others that slide in

Looks like the only way for these jokers to acknowledge any form of communication is to write a review. Then they send a generic response back to everyone. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will try again, don’t fob me off with the HMRC 🐂💩 Send me a returns address ASAP the board finally arrived after countless emails, dm’s requesting to cancel the order. On inspection the pump doesn’t work, small fin is missing, after waiting with more 🐂💩 from these 🤡 saying my order was pre order 🙄 it arrived 10 days later, tried rejecting from the delivery company DX but shitel rave rejected and the delivery was sent back to me. Anyway it’s completely useless so back to square one with trying to contact the nonexistent customer support, DON’T ORDER FROM THESE 🤠

Fake reviews are abundant on here. Do not buy from this company. Research all of the ‘excellent’ and ‘good’ reviews, it’s utter nonsense

The board is awesome! However, delivery was delayed with very little communication about the delay until chased up by myself.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it’s worth the wait. The board is great.
Will be ordering another when they’re in stock.
