Order on 04/23 and as of 06/05/20 I still have invalid tracking numbers, my shipment has NOT moved in over a month. NO UPDATES. NO EMAIL RESPONSES.
Finally got my bank involved. These guys are shysters. They took advantage of the COVID19 stuff and sold items they dont even have in stock, ever.
DONT DONT DONT SPEND the time or money.
No Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional & Horrible
Awful experience. Purchased toilet paper months ago and package is tracking as having left China 5-15- it has now been 20+ business days since order (their implies max)- they refuse to refund me unless delivery fails and package is returned. I don’t expect to get a refund. Horribly unprofessional all around- would definitely avoid this company.

If I could leave no stars I would. Placed an order April 9th, today, May 26th received one of 3 items ordered. I should have looked more carefully but I was getting ready to have surgery and I paid 10 dollars for 10 antibacterial wipes.
No idea if or what the rest of the order will look like if it ever arrives. Ive emailed for them to cancel but they claim it already shipped even though they didn't send the shipping email until I asked for my money back.
Im not a china basher but this is one of those Chinese companies and consumer standards either dont exist or are ignored. Id not purchase anything for a child from this company!
