Total scam.... Avoid at all cost

NEVER EVER buy from this company!! The item never arrives, they charge more than the receipt says and responses from the company are all generic. Despite saying they are in contact with the shipping partner, they never will provide a tracking number and refuse a refund because they claim it shipped. This company is an absolute scam. I wish I could give zero stars.

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. With the same product: Predator support doll. The tracking, if legit, ended when the product supposedly arrived in the US. From there all updates ended. After two weeks I contacted customer support, and they said a replacement was being sent. No proof of a resent product was communicated. I just contacted customer support again for a full refund. I'm not holding my breath. But I will be contacting American Express to warn them of this vendor.

I placed an order two months ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. The tracking shows it's been sitting in the same location for a month. The "customer service" team replies via email requesting patience because "sometimes logistics have delays," with no concern for an unfulfilled order or unhappy customer. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a Predator support doll, nearly 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. The mail tracking seems to be a scam?
Tidepick support have asked that I be patient while waiting for another to be sent. LMAO

Bought 2 pillows which I returned as they did not do what was promised, jumped through all their hoops but no refund. They did nor reply to 5 emails, one letter and 1 telephone call. Had to go through Paypal to get my money back, which has now happened.
My advice would be to avoid this company unless you wish to be cheated out of your money.

First of all we all know that when a review starts with the product or the item worked well, It's a BS review. Basically whatever you order won't come. They set up tracking through the website and give you bogus tracking information to buy them sometime. Item will never be delivered.

This company is a total scam. Paid for a simple product and they strung me along for almost three months and the told me it was delivered.
Their email back to me was word for word the same as I encountered before with a scam company.
Be careful online, always check company name before purchasing.

Ordered the center point tool. It took over a month to arrive and when it did it was packaged in a thin cardboard wrapping. Unwrapped it and the tool was so thin and flimsy I was very skeptical about it's quality and I was correct. The measurements were off by an average of 1/2". After a couple emails asking about returns I still haven't received a reply. I should have checked there reviews prior to ordering. I hope others do so they don't get Scammed. If I ever get a refund I'll leave another review.

I ordered an Easter item a month ago and it never came. I reached out to them and they said it was delivered. It was not. They will not take responsibility for it. It’s a scam.

I ordered a tool two months ago. Never arrived. I told them I wanted my money back and they said they can’t until I receive the item. When confronted they said they mailed another one from another country. Both with fake tracking numbers. This is a scam company.

Do not order from here I’ve been waiting over 3 months for an order, every time I email them I get an identical response. Your shipment is in transit thanks for your patience!

Order item on Jan 28, 2025 and are still waiting for it to arrive. The claim its on its way. Tacking number is fictitious. Payment went through Pay Pal but it appears that they don't care much about what is going on.

La pire expérience client que j'ai eu depuis longtemps.... commander mon calendrier le 10 octobre pour le 1 décembre et je l'ai reçu le 27 janvier. Dans l'annonce c'était de beau leurres et j'ai pourtant reçu que des cochonnerie inutiles.

Ordered Dec 7 and still have not received my order. Tracking stopped updating, customer service says they’re sorry for the delay and blame their shipping partner. They then say they will ship out a replacement asap but refused to give another tracking number. Requesting refund but I’m sure that will be futile. I’m filing a claim with PayPal, but not holding my breath. I bought without checking the reviews first. Here’s hoping this review helps prevent anyone else from falling for the same scam I and seemingly many others have. Avoid!!!!

Still waiting. Ordered through an ad on FB—I should have known better. Received “shipping notifications” that said the item shipped from Ireland and is in the US—that was 20 days ago. Complete scam. Emailed their support and no reply.

Ordered a Taylor Swift lyrics calendar off Instagram (should've been my first clue but I've learned my lesson—never order items from social media pages). Placed order on November 1st. Contacted a month later, they said they couldn't refund, it was "in progress." It's now January 16 and the item apparently flew to LAX from China, then turned around and went back to China, where it's "in transit." Please stay away from this company. Total Chinese crap.

Bought a 2025 calendar. Missing the December page. It had 2 cover pages instead. I asked for a refund or new item, couldn't do it. They offered me $2USD refund. I refused so they offered $5USD refund. I asked for a pdf of December to at least have the month. They couldn't do it. I felt that if I kept pushing they would ghost me, so I took the $5USD refund.

Ordered a gift for my brother near the beginning of Oct 2024 and never received it for the birthday at the beginning of November. I saw the contents from a friend that ordered the same item and it's completely garbage!!! First it cheap crap from China, and second they drop ship all their products from China. And the wanted me to pay again because I never received my product! I'm still waiting for my refund that was offered. If you're thinking of buying anything from this company, look elsewhere.
