Really quick and simple process to get reimbursed.
Garage did all the heavy lifting. I just sent them the instructions from Tidy Alloys, so I could get quick authorisation. I then paid the bill and sent the copy of payment to Tidy Alloys and the money was in my bank the next day.

Good Service
Although not the cheapest Insurance making claims speaking with humans and dealing with a family run business all makes sense to hopefully getting great customer service which is paramount for any insurance policy .

Great claim experience
I needed to make a claim for a damaged alloy and it was all arranged with the repaired with no grief. Dropped the car off, the work was done and I could pick it up. Alloy was well repaired. Essentially, it was all you ever ask of an insurance policy: claims handled quickly and without aggravation!
