I love their products and have been using it since it launched but their customer service experience has been downright atrocious. My latest order was priced significantly higher even after taking into account their August price increase and there was an issue on their portal because I could get the same subscription for the next order at the proper price. I reached out to customer service to get this fixed and provided all the details and screenshot but they took forever to respond and even when they did, they did not attempt to understand my issue and kept giving cookie cutter responses to my questions, It's like talking to a toddler. Seems like they're more interested in closing tickets than resolving my issue

In addition to that, aside from email there's no other way to reach out to customer service, their live chat uses AI and falls back to email, I called the company number but only option is to leave a voicemail and hope someone calls back

It's sad its come to this, I love their products but there's no excuse for such a bad customer service experience

These products are very good! The products quickly became part of my routine and leave my face feeling clean and fresh! They are among my favorites ever, but the process of purchasing them through this company's online platforms and app is truly frustrating. They have a big push towards subscriptions, which could be acceptable if the site was more reasonably navigable. It is not. I went into the app, just to buy a single extra item and the process of just adding one item to my cart and paying was so bad that I abandoned my purchase. Someone thinks they are being clever to push for a bigger spend, but the site is so convoluted as to not be a well-functioning storefront. I'd recommend that Tiege Hanley executives go through the process of trying to purchase from their own site using mobile and desktop access. Getting the added spend is clearly more important than having a loyal customer easily get products makes it difficult for me to recommend Tiege Hanley.

So far I have tried to stick to the daily routine. Better in the AM, then before bed. Gonna take some adjusting. That being said, I do believe that the red dryness on my cheeks is going away. However, I only notice after I shave. Next shave I should have a better idea…

Its a good routine. Simplifies the process. The eye serum though burns my under eyes. I've had to toss it away and order a brickell undereye cream to replace it instead. Other than that its a great product.

Just so happy with the products, I've been using for the past few years. Friends and family always tell me how I don't look my age. Every opportunity I get , I give credit to Tiege Hanley.

I use a variety of Teige Hanley products and they all seem to be quite effective, especially the moisturizer and the serum. I also use the retinol stick. I will say that I wish the retinol stick was designed in a way that allowed you to get the very last bit out of it. It's like a mini deodorant stick, and I feel like if the edges around the retinol were receded a bit, I'd be able to use more of it. I actually keep all the old sticks and at some point I'm planning on finding a way to use the remaining amount in each one if possible.

Love the difference Tiege Hanley’s face care routine is making, the best part is that it’s simple and easy to do. The kit comes with everything you need, fellas if you haven’t included this to your daily routine and self care I recommend you go for it. Get that subscription, you won’t regret it.

The products are great. I have a hard time with the online profile/subscriptions. It is confusing to note when all orders are coming in. The next order, future order, orders on certain dates, reoccurring orders, in active, active orders, can all be too confusing. I have had unintentional orders sent through due to my missing other active orders. If the subscription/orders could all be on one page in a very clear format, it would make the process much easier. It's fairly easy to add items to the order, so the inactive feature may be unnecessary. Overall, if the subscription/order process would be made more simple, I'm sure it would make the ordering process much less of a headache for many people including myself. I hope this is helpful feedback

Solid system and easy of use. Takes two minutes to go thru the whole thing. Weirdly I always run out of the eye serum before anything else.
One thing I don’t like much is the smell from the day face cream. It smells a bit like if it was petroleum based. It’s not strong but I smell it. Not a dealbreaker but would love a different scent.

I have extremely oily skin, and I was hoping these products would solve the issue. After several weeks of religious use, I should add that I see no improvement. I am waiting for the clay mask, hoping it will help resolve this problem.

I ain’t fully used up my first box yet 😅but I love that my skin looks brighter n the effects off my acne ain’t disappeared but that’s just my hygeine problems that I’m working on but they’ve slimmed on this product with coconut oil n all perfect combo with this perfect start from a former I’m not bothered about my looks this made me feel more secure 🙂 n happier anyone lacking hygiene care but want to start n feel fresh start with this thank u tiege Hanley

Companie work with YOutuber in Far Right ideoligy!

Terrible shop and website, you can't buy two of the same product because the maximum quantity is 1. You can't make a one-time purchase; you can only use a subscription, WTF!?

I've been a loyal customer for years, an emerald VIP at that. I had an active subscription that I forgot about, I left my trust in the email they usually send 2-3 days before the order goes through. This time I received no email, it wasn't in spam/junk and the order was placed. Within 10 mins I tried contacting Tiege Hanley and left them an email/message on their site in the hope they'd intercept it on time.

Later, the order was then shipped from their EU/UK warehouse.

Tiege finally got back to me and gave me 2 options - keep the order but receive a flat 25% discount or return the order on my dime.

I returned the box but had to pay £44 in export taxes.

You'd think with opening an EU/UK warehouse that they'd have agents online to manage orders in those timezones but no, they only have agents working in USA Central time.

Also regarding subscriptions - would it not be better practice to include text & app notifications to let the buyer know they have an upcoming subscription? Email is not always reliable.
