I ordered 3 boxes of S'mores 12 pack Built Puff bars and received 3 boxes of Salted Caramel. I reached out to them explaining the order form was incorrect. They don't care they received their $101 dollars for my order and don't care about customer service or trying to fix the issue. Be careful if you order from a company that doesn't care about it's customers or try to fix their errors on the order.

I paid 75.98 dollars for express home delivery 3-5 days. 10 days have passed and I still haven't received my product. I've been talking to their customer service for an hour now for a refund request for not respecting the delivery time and because I no longer need the product because I bought it for a friend and she is no longer in my city.
she refused to refund me even the express delivery charges that I paid. she said it wasn't their fault. That international deliveries take longer and that the product is in a delivery office somewhere without specifying where and that I will have to contact them myself.
I answered her that at the time of payment of the express delivery costs, they had nothing to specify that international delivery may not meet the deadlines and that if I knew, I would not have paid for an express delivery . In addition, she asks me to look for the office in which the product is deposited when it is a home delivery.
Never got my money back !! SHAME !! Oh, neather the product btw.

Great company to order from. I really wanted to try the outright protein bars and they had a great selection and they also had the best price on them that I could find. I got my package within the same week because they shipped it out literally the day after I placed my order.
Really impressed overall. I’ll for sure be ordering from them again when I run out.

Beem a follower of Marc for a while, but haven't been able to access Tiger Fitness products in my country until recently.

Quickly became my favorite protein powder. Great flavor selection and does not kill my stomach.

Very happy with the service. Ordered late 9pm on Black Friday (so a very busy day) I spent £160 and I got a free hat, T-shirt and hoodie. I also got the Black Friday discount and an additional 10% military discount on top, was super impressed they honoured that discount on top of the sale discount. Shipped from Loveland Ohio to the my house in the UK in 5 days on the cheapest delivery which was Fed Ex eco ship $9.99. I paid on average around £20-25 for the products that in the U.K. are being sold for £40-50 so extremely happy with the price.

This shop is a scam! The product I purchased didn't feel like working and I almost had a fight with their customer rep.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Fast shipping and Marc responded to my question about products and availability within minutes. Customer for life!

Hard to understand a bad review because I've used Tiger Fitness products for 13 years and have always found the company to perform at the highest level of customer service and product quality. I guess even the best companies have a bad day once in a while, but those are definitely not the norm at Tiger Fitness. I also love this company because they give tens of thousands of dollars every year to youth sports programs and a variety of other charitable organizations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Never ever had a customer service person be so rude and condescending

Most negative reviews on here are troll accounts, I have been shopping on tigerfitness for years now, I have consistently received good customer service and the fastest delivery from any online company I have dealt with. Its difficult to beat the prices especially on sale.

Steroid user agressively promoting a plethora of ineffective products. Completely untrustworthy.
