Apart from sending the wrong tiles out TWICE, when the 'correct' ones did arrive which were shown and described as Natura (pale grey and bluey grey) they were PINK and bluey grey! I was told it was due to my computer settings which is incorrect as 6 different people on phones/laptop/ipad thought they were blue grey also. Tile uk would not concede to the error which has left me with vile pink tiles and out of pocket. Bad customer relations

Tiles great, spend over £500, however as soon as you call them for any sort of help or swaps theres a million and one reasons to fob you off and sell you more. Personally I won't be using them again.
Happy to sell me a different batch funnily enough??

The tiles are great and I'm really pleased I chose the ones I did. However, buying them online and having them delivered hardly constitutes an "experience".

The tiles are gorgeous colours and look great in a mixed pattern.
Delivery was prompt and well packed to omit breakages.

Can I start by saying ‘I love these tiles’ however, I went on to order a new tile, this is my third. It was a new card I was using to make the purchase so was not surprised when it said “Declined” so I attempted the purchase again. This time it went through. The only thing was ‘Tile.co.uk’ felt they should send out two tiles! They charged me for both! So I contacted them to return one. It has now been 33 days and still no refund! I received an email stating they had the returned tile but I had to wait up to a further 10 days for it to go through so by the time I SHOULD receive it, will be 40 DAYS! That is unacceptable! I also have it in black and white that they WOULD/WILL refund the postage as it was their fault, but in email one person has said ‘they never do’ I’ve also had them chase me because I hadn’t replied to an email but no reply was yet due as I have not yet received my refund. This is the last tile I will purchase. I no longer trust them! Bad business practice!

Love the tiles. Great service. The tiles arrived very quickly delivered on a pallet all bubble wrapped and secure.
Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Fast service and delivery

Lovely tiles fast delivery:) we had a few faulty tiles and then some of the replacements arrived broken! Lovely helpful people though so all sorted.

Prior to ordering my bathroom tiles, I ordered a sample which I loved. However when the box arrived, the tiles were so vastly different in colour variance that I was horrified! Some of the tiles were so light that they were a pale blue, and others were so dark they were almost black. I called customer services and explained that my sample was not representative of the tiles i had been sent, nor of the photos of the tiles on the website. They were so unhelpful and said that if I wanted to check what they looked like, I should have ordered a whole box to have a look! What is the point of the sample if it is not reflective of the tiles! I said that other tiles on the website clearly drew the customers’ attention to the colour variance but they did not care. They allowed me to return the order as per my statutory rights, but I had to get hold of a pallet, wrap all the tiles and pay a £60 courier fee. All in all, if customer service had been a bit nicer I wouldn’t have minded but they were so rude! I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs!

Got the tiles we needed at a good price. Delivered on the day requested.

The free sample tiles were delivered promptly, the excellent quality of the packaging (bubble wrap and a sturdy box) prevented broken or damaged tiles.
The tiles are exquisite in design and quality, I shall definitely go ahead and place an order with this company,

Great price and great tile!

Hugely disappointed. Spent nearly £300 with this company for them to send me the completely wrong colour mixed in my batch. Some even had numbers scratched into them. When requesting a refund, I was told to return any incorrect/damaged tiles. As this was the company’s error, they should automatically resend new stock.

Would love to give a minus star rating for this company but unfortunately Trustpilot doesn't allow me to do so. Use at your peril.... customer service is probably the worst I have ever encountered

You can tell how helpful a company is when you run into trouble, had an issue with a tiler fudging up my tiles by putting them in the wrong direction. I was worried that they would break and as they were multicoloured tiles, I potentially needed only one with a particular colour (as I had spares for the rest) but they weren't willing to help me (I was willing to pay for the tile, postage and packing, although we never got around to discussing this!), luckily the tiler didn't break my tile, but now I am definitely less likely to buy any tile from this company.

Great service, ordering a free sample was the perfect option. I had just remodelled my kitchen but wanted to retain the original tile. I carried an old tile in my handbag for 3 weeks and visited numerous tile shops but without any luck. I then came across this company and ordered what I hoped would be the perfect tile to match. I left it on display in my kitchen for a couple of weeks so that I could see the tile against my original ones in the various lights and then ordered a box. The tiles have just be installed and are perfect and no one can tell the difference. Thank you so much, will definitely use your company again.
