Do not shop with tile.co.uk. Really unhelpful customer service and even worse delivery service. The company should be aware of how good their delivery companies are. Really disappointed with this company. Not sure how I'm going to pick up 100kg tiles as someone who has just come out of hospital.

Just to call out, I did have a conversation with the delivery company regarding how it will be delivered and they confirmed that they can roll in the tiles provided there were no stairs - which there is not. I find it ironic that both tile.co.uk and the delivery company keep re-iterating that the delivery is a curb side delivery when in fact the tiles were left on my private drive.

And to make things worse - the wrong tiles were delivered.

Tiles from this company are great - they look fantastic and quality is excellent. However, make sure you read the delivery and returns policy carefully. They use pallet ways - an exorbitant way to transport tiles. I made the mistake (because we are in a rented house at the moment, renovating another) of ordering tiles to rented house. I rang to divert to other property, 5 miles away, and told it would be £86 to redirect. We took delivery at the rented house and transported in our car. Then I asked to return a few excess tiles and was told that it would cost £58 to return them, they had to be wrapped and sealed in clingfilm to the original pallet (now in the skip) as they do not accept returns not on a pallet! This is just awful customer service. As I said, tiles are great, but I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered samples never arrived, contacted them said they would resend, still not received them

I sent for a sample tile which, was delivered I think before I sent the email. It was delivered that quick. Many thanks! I will be back.

My mistake - schoolboy error, didn't order enough tiles yet Luke went above and beyond to sort my problem and was delivered in three days. Definitely go back to this company.

I wanted to order a full size tile sample but the delivery price was £14.00. The tile sample was £6.12. I found the very same tile from another company who didn't charge any delivery, they only charged me for the tile. Companies such as Tile.co.uk who charge an extortionate delivery charge on just one tile are not only doing the customer a dis-service, they doing themselves one. In the first instance, when a customer sees such a high delivery charge for just one tile, it'll put them off completely. They'll think if they're being charge £14.00 for one tile what will they be charged for say, 5 metres? Seeing such a high delivery cost to begin with, most people will walk away from this company and purchase their order from somewhere else where they can get a better deal. This means Tile.co.uk lose sales. Full size tile samples should be free of charge. This will attract people to their business and not repel them. This company clearly doesn't have the art of selling. If they did they'd know that there's a certain amount of psychology involved. They need to learn this then perhaps their sales may increase. If they don't learn then they'll keep losing out.

Wrong colour tile sent and the tile was just printed, zero texture

Able to buy any amount of tiles, down to individuals. The trade off is the P & P, which is a bit pricey, but it's the trade off against a complete retile.

Order never arrived. Called but no answer and no answer machine. Resorted to online chat and was told office was ‘closed’ at 4.40pm on a weekday. Emailed to follow up and got anonymous reply, no name, no phone number. Order has apparently been ‘lost in the post’. Told it’s been resent but still waiting nearly two weeks later.

I received the tile sample quickly, which is important to me when trying to make a decision.
