Cheers, best prices and quick delivery, Ordered over 200m2 of tiles, timing and service was perfect

The delivery was a shamble and the communication between your staff and the delivery company even wore. You will get a bad review on google/trip advice too.
Dear Sirs, 250 metres away from my doorstep is not what I would consider to be kerbside delivery. When I offered a reasonable compromise—delivery to a nearby off-road location because your driver said the lane was unsuitable for his van—he instead wanted to leave the pallet on the public highway. I sent your office photographs and the location of the proposed delivery point, but I received only generic responses. This happened three times, with no indication that the matter had been properly reviewed or investigated. Even your latest response offers neither reassurance nor an adequate explanation. It gives the impression that Paradise Tiles is unwilling to acknowledge customer concerns. I can publish the supporting images if necessary. I had no wish to prolong this matter, but I am extremely frustrated by your public response. In my view, your customer service has been very poor, and I would not recommend your company.

great service

Great prices and quick delivery

Beautiful tile samples delivered quickly

Fantastic service. Very quick to respond to questions and sorted out a small issue with a cracked tile very swiftly. I doubt I will look elsewhere for future tiles. The ones I ordered are absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see them in my new bathroom.

Very quick delivery and packaged well.

Picture online of tile fantastic a must! Ordered sample and tile nothing like the Picture. Perfect example of enhancing images for sale. Me...I won't trust them..

I would recommend tiles paradise to everyone their tiles design are so diff and better quality and very good price love it. I am happy with their service as well. Thanks so much Sanya

You provided the final tiles to complete the project, thanks so much although I had to contact for delivery timescale they arrived on time in perfect condition Will use again thanks Keith

Ordered a lot what came scratched and smashed. After long dispute they accepted the return and refunded money partially. In an order of £600 been refunded £400 and without tiles. Poor company what I will never recommend to anyone. That £200 I lost with you Tiles Paradise hope you’ll spend it on fines.

Great company. Tiles were beautiful. They also sent extra tiles to cover any damages. Quick tracked delivery which were also very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again. A******

The tiles look beautiful and were a really good price. Ella was very helpful with a delivery problem. Would definitely use again!
