Ordered a sample from this company and the tile came quickly, but in pieces. Sent an email with an image of the broken tile and got no response. It’s like they have disappeared. Although it was just a sample, I’ve found in the past that if customer service is like this in the beginning, it’s best to just stay away.

It was a fast and effective collaboration with this brand! I love everything about their tiles; they are the cutest and seem to be very durable! Definitely a great company to go with if you're looking to renovate your home!

I am so satisfied with the two tile options I received! There’s the Soft White with Sage Green Veins 24 x 48 Matte Porcelain Large Tile which is beyond gorgeous, and gives a marble vibe with an affordable price tag! And then there’s the Sage Green 4 x 4 Glossy Ceramic Square Tile which is so unique and each tile is slightly different so when tiling together it gives such a beautiful look - perfect for a kitchen backsplash!
