Tiles look great, which is the most important aspect. There were a few issues with my delivery, but their customer service was excellent. The only real issue was the tiles I ordered, which were only 59.5cm squared, not 60cm squared as I wanted.

Tile Warehouse were very communicative and helpful. I had been looking for a particular tile that had already been used at our house and was please to see they had it in stock and delivered with no issues.

Tile Warehouse had a great range of tiles, and I found the styles I was looking for. The tiles arrived on the delivery date I selected with no damage. The quality of the tiles could have been better - the floor tiles I ordered were slightly convex, which resulted in a not entirely even floor, and the wall tiles I ordered were slightly longer than they were wide, which made the pattern I wanted a bit harder to achieve - but the tiles were good value and look great.

I phoned customer service twice, and both times my requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Oliver was particularly friendly and professional.

We ordered two different tiles. The tiles are nice, and were reasonably priced, but unfortunately several of each tile arrived broken/damaged and it was incredibly hard work getting a refund for these smashed items, involving many emails chasing this and ultimately a refund of significantly less value than paid for the broken tiles was received. Pleased with the tiles but wouldn't use this company again due to the poor customer service experience

Purchased tiles and associated sundries for my kitchen floor as part of a major renovation project. Requested delayed delivery to accommodate project timescales for a date in late August. Arrived as agreed. Finally got them laid last week.

Ordered tile trim that arrived significantly damaged. Customer support were quick to arrange a replacement to be delivered but initially told me it would arrive the day after. After not arriving for a few days, I contacted the team again and they explained that the delivery was actually scheduled for the following week. This delayed the project quite a bit which was disappointing but the team are responsive at least.

Delivery was on the day that was selected and I love the fact you can select the exact day you want them because this allows you to secure your order in advance without worrying about making enough space for the delivery when you’re not ready to have them onsite yet. I love my tiles and they came in perfect condition. The only hiccup that happened was that one single tile was missing but the fact that it was very easy to calculate how much wastage you needed on the website and it can automatically update your order to include wastage allowance is a big plus. I guess some missing or broken tiles is what wastage is for. They did refund me for the single tile (albeit it took more than 3 weeks to receive it back in the payment card) but all in all a good experience.
