Tilezone - The Home of Leading Tile Brands Avaliações

Just wanted to thank you for the A start service and prompt delivery .. a pleasure to deal with start to finish and all the tiles I ordered arrived promptly and without damages. Keep up the good work and thank you for the outstanding service and tiles.

Faulty tiles and an attitude that stinks. They tried to blame the shipper but these tiles were damaged in the factory, I have never delt with such an intransigent company who will not admit when they are wrong or even compromise

I would use Tile Zone again and recommend for really good value for money. Delivery was also quite prompt, but by The Pallet Network, so beware that when TZ say the tiles are "out for delivery" it means they've passed them to TPN whom it is wise to then contact if you want to know the actual delivery date and window. So overall a very good service.

Nice tiles, quick delivery

Fast delivery. There were some broken tiles which they were happy to replace.

Would highly recommend, delivered exactly as expected. Competitive price and now look amazing in my new kitchen.

Easy to use website and tiles were half the price of a quote we had for exactly the same tiles. The delivery guys were so helpful as they could see I was struggling with the heavy tiles. Would definitely recommend

Very easy online ordering for big or small projects. Delivered with no problems. Excellent service

100% recommended.
I ordered around 55m2 abidos blanco tiles which were nearly non existent in the UK because of them no longer being made. This company imported them for me somehow, they've done everything what was promised and from 1100 tiles only 3 were broken but I got 5 extra anyway so at the end I got 1102.
Amazing! Thanks guys.

Absolute cowboys! Ordered 9 very large tiles (600x1200) only for 7 to arrive broken. When we called report the said broken tiles, we were told it’s not their problem as we signed for it. They said we have 15-20 min to check the them all when delivered. One the delivery driver didn’t say so and two, didn’t exactly gave us time to do so.
After many, many calls and emails to their so called customer service and days of getting nowhere, the customer service manager suggested to pay for more tiles to be delivered , and he’d send some dummy/already broken tiles as well as the intact ones we needed, this was so he could fraudulently claim the delivery company (pallet network) was at “fault”, and then refund half the money we paid.
After all this the new tiles weren’t delivered when arranged (after taking a day off work!) so a neighbor had to sign not knowing the customer service managers scheme.
So after all that, we were never refunded for the extra tiles!! This was all drawn out over 3 months!

Exactly what I was looking for and the price was cheapest on the web and the quality was spot on.
Delivery was good. No damages.
I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received.

Really helpful with samples and questions before I was ready to order. Arrived when requested and tiles are amazing.

We had next day delivery and the service it was great.

We ordered 2 tiles and 1 arrived broken but the other was replaced and sent in perfect condition!

Delivery was quick and the tiles arrived in good condition and on a pallet making them easy to move to the space we wanted them.

*Very good service over the phone WhatsApp Email
*The tiles arrived next day
*Looks like the picture
*Good value for money

Really easy and great experience from start to finish. Beautiful tiles, high quality, and kept updated throughout from order to delivery. Highly recommend

I found the tiles we loved online with tile zone which were large format 120 cm ones. They were almost half the price of our local tile shop saving us several hundred pounds. I initially purchased too much adhesive at checkout and after contacting them was told I would get a refund which they promptly did. The tiles were delivered on a pallet securely without any damage. Would thoroughly recommend tilezone.

The tiles are absolutely beautiful, fast delivery and a much more competitive price than other suppliers, looking forward to using tiles zone again, and have already recommended to our friends,
