My son and I went on the 13 day Grand Morocco tour with Tilila Travel in December 2025. The communication with Mohamed from the agency was excellent throughout the planning process. He responded promptly to emails, answered all my questions in detail and accommodated the adjustments we wanted to make to the itinerary.

When we arrived, we were picked up at the airport by our driver, Mohamed, who stayed with us throughout the trip. He was friendly, an excellent driver, arranged some delicious meals and made us feel safe and taken care of wherever we went.

The tour guides arranged by Tilila were top notch, especially in Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fez and Dades Gorge and the Riads and other places we stayed were all comfortable - each beautiful and unique in its own way.

My son and I both felt that this tour offered us a well-rounded experience of Morocco and would highly recommend Tilila Travel to anyone wanting to visit the country.

We have traveled extensively and usually cobble out trips on our own. Time was precious so we leaned on Tilila Travel and it was the best decision ever. We told them exactly the sort of vibe and pace we wanted, and they planned everything! The best part was as we travelled, whenever we wanted to change a stop or modify the itinerary, Tilila was extraordinarily accommodating to us. It was, by far, one of the best trips we have ever taken. There was plenty of autonomy to do our own thing and enough logistical help to make us feel very comfortable. We had a 12 day trip in Morocco that was perfectly coordinated by Talila. Mohamed and Moustafa, our driver, were outstanding. The riads were wonderful! Moustafa was a great driver and was attentive to every detail. He drove us to all our destinations and ensured we had the best city guides. When requested, he steered us to the best tradespeople and restaurants. I highly recommend using Tilila to ensure you have a wonderful trip to this beautiful country. You will love the medinas, the countryside, the food and the people.

Our travel agent Mohamed from Tilila Travel was extremely helpful! He put together a totally customized tour for us. It was based on our interests and time frame. Excellent hotels, riad and personal local guides, they were friendly, knowledgable and spoke English very well. We had some extra time to wander on our own.

Our personal driver Mohammed Bahamou was extremely kind, informative, and patient. He is the best driver/guide. He stopped in the best spots to enjoy the scenery and take pictures and stopped at best places for lunches. He is a very safe and careful driver as well. He went above and beyond making sure our experience was great and that we were comfortable at all times.

We experienced Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Meknes, Fes, Marrakech and Agafay Desert. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tilila Travel. Absolutely using them again for future travel!

I used Tilila Travel for our trip to Morocco in September–October 2025. Initially, I was skeptical about the company, but after doing some research, I felt comfortable moving forward. I worked with a tour coordinator named Mohamed, who designed a 12-day private itinerary tailored to our preferences.
The tour was just for my wife and me, and we had the same driver, Yassin, throughout the entire journey. His English was sufficient for our needs, and he was reasonably knowledgeable about the sites and culture. His driving was safe and respectful of traffic rules—I never felt uneasy during our travels.
Local guides were used in each city, and we were generally satisfied with their performance and insights.
On our final day in Marrakesh, a cooking class had been scheduled, but I asked Mohamed for an alternative. He suggested a visit to the Atlas Mountains, which turned out to be a good option for us. The day included optional light hiking and a late lunch by a beautiful river—great food and beautiful scenery combined for a memorable experience.
Originally, our tour was set to begin and end in Casablanca. Later, I realized we could save a day and get a better flight deal by ending in Marrakesh instead. Mohamed adjusted the itinerary without hesitation.
The overall cost of the tour was reasonable. One important note: be prepared to tip several times a day. In Morocco’s tourism culture, tipping is a sensible part of service providers’ income. I recommend keeping small bills handy at all times.
Mohamed made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. I strongly recommend Tilila Travel.

Good organised! The driver brought us safely through the traffic of Marrakech to the Agafay-desert for a camel-safari. What a nice and beautiful experience.

I researched several companies, however, it was Mohamed's high level customer service, slew of positive reviews, attention to detail, excellent follow up and being treated as if I was his only customer, that resulted in our decision to go with Tilila Travel. We are so happy we did!

If you are lucky enough to get Yassin, as your driver, you will be instantly feel well taken care of. Yassin, is equally mature and responsible, fluent in French, Arabic, Spanish and English and will make you feel welcome. He is also an excellent driver and easily accommodates for bathroom breaks and stops along the way. Yassin is extremely knowledgeable re: Moroccan history, current events, etc. I have learned more than I could have ever imagined, thanks to him being a great teacher as well. I came away with a new appreciation for Morocco. Suffice it to say, that Yassin will be able to trouble shoot whatever issue that may come up, allowing you to relax and feel safe and well cared for.

Accommodations/Riads/hotels were top notch. The only disappointment was the spa/massage at Riad Salom Fes, which was unprofessional, lacking in hygiene/cleanliness and not up to US standards.

Our travels took us to several cities. The local city guides we had were all excellent and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to returning to Morocco and connecting on another private tour w/our dear friends, Mohamed and Yasin of Tilila Travel. Asalom Alaykoum!
