The bolt up flange on the muffler did not align properly with the flange of the exhaust of the car. It barely fit well enough to not leak. Will not use this vendor again.

DONT BUY THE CHINESE EXHAUST KITS
hi I bought a exhaust kit for my sons 2008 chevy impala with the 3.5L engine I always shop around and found your price to be the best the package arrived in one week which was not a problem THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE CHEAP CHINA PARTS DIDNT COME CLOSE TO BEING BENT THE SAME AND WE HAD TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP TO HAVE THE PIPES CUT TURNED AND WELDED FOR THEM TO LINE UP WITH THE UNDER CARRAIGE OF THE CAR SO THAT THEY FIT LIKE THE ORIGINAL EXHAUST AFTER SPENDING THE EXTRA 75.00 DOLLARS TO HAVE IT DONE I SHOULD HAVE SPENT THE EXTRA $$ AND BOUGHT THE WALKER SYSTEM THANKS FOR THE GOOD PRICE

Order arrived missing critical parts… Not hassle free customer service
Order arrived missing critical parts which I had to source locally. Not helpful at all in rectifying their mistake. These guys make it "appear" the customer service experience will be hassle free and great. Far Far from it. I bought an exhaust system from them. It was missing all the clamps and gaskets. All of them. I was having it installed at my local shop, so I had to have them buy the replacements and install the exhaust. Auto Parts asked me to send a copy of the receipt for the parts. I did. Never heard back from them. When I followed up, they said the parts cost too much. No offer to credit any amount and their justification was because " they would have replaced them for free" if I could wait 3-4 days for shipping. They would not send them next day as I requested. They quote " no hassle returns " policy. I doubt that very much. I wouldn't trust them. Buy it elsewhere ...

We offered to ship him the missing pieces, he demanded next day air which we do not offer. We would of also offered credit for the missing parts, but the bill invoice he send us was from his over priced mechanic that charged him $275! $275 for 7 small pieces that we would of send for free at no cost and no shipping cost ($20-$30 value) Now as a 3rd option, he could of gone to a local auto parts and bought the same pieces for about 80-90% cheaper than what his mechanic charged him. If he would of bought the pieces from his local auto parts it would of been at a justified price in which we would of credited him with no issue. Another thing to keep in mind is that the exhaust resonator and muffler parts he ordered from us was for a grand total of $214.20, he was looking for a $275 credit on a $214.20 order...
I would recommend this company to…

Excellent muffler stainless steel…
Excellent muffler stainless steel sounds deep and smoothier, did exactly perfect in my stock exhaust pipe notice has small dent, box and wrappers broken,the difference the flanges gasket pipe and bolts and thread was not included, was exact on the picture, have to buy extras. Good remanufactured.
