These people should be arrested! They lie to you and scam you. The pictures are not what you get. Please don't waste you money- this place is in Hong Kong. Why are they allowed to steal from people?

I am having a different experience with this company. The earrings and ring I received were beautiful and high quality; however, I also ordered and paid for a second ring (same order) that I never received and I just keep getting a stock email that they are opening a case about it, but nothing after that. I feel like I was scammed with the second ring.

I ordered earrings from this company and they arrived broken. Very cheaply made. The company said they would replace them, however, nothing has been done. Shopify and Facebook should be ashamed for offering their merchandise on their platform.

They do not communicate well with customers. They do not return calls. The return system is horrible. The earrings I bought are cheap trash and not was shown on site. Terrible foreign business. BEWARE!!

I too have had dealings with this company. However, I DID get my earrings . . . from China. They are tacky and not worth the money I spent on them!! I have contacted the so-called company but they haven't even acknowledged my email.
I would say their online presence is a total fabrication and the goods I paid for are nothing like what I ordered.
A big fat ZERO out of 10 is more than they deserve.

If I could give this company a 0 or less I would. I ordered some necklaces which I never received and they took me for my nearly $60 and I ordered these well before Christmas. do not buy from this company.

Their products are absolutely worthless. Do not buy from this company. I purchased one item and it fell apart when I bought it it does not charge. And now they keep sending me emails over and over and over again. I repeat do not buy from this company it is a scam.!!

Got my rings on the mail. They were no where near what the pictures represent. They look like something that came out of a cracker jack box. Very unhappy with purchase.

I have had the same experience with this company. Ordered a ring Oct 13th. It is now December 3rd and still no ring.
The company keeps saying it’s coming but still no ring. Very disappointed 😔

I placed an order for a ring on September 25th and was told it would ship in about 6 days. It is now October 22nd and I have contacted the company twice only to be told they were opening a case to look into my purchase and that they would get back to me in 1 to 2 days - never happened. Checked my tracking and now it's saying the ring won't arrive until November 4th. This is a scam. Don't fall for it.

I didn't even want to give this company "1" star. I ordered a ring from this company on August 5th, PAID for it, and today October 17, I have still not received it OR ANY KIND OF TRACKING INFORMATION ! If I had known this was going to happen, I would have stopped payment on the item. And, conveniently, you can't contact them. Horrible, horrible place. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I hope they get caught for scamming people and getting away with it.

All the rings I purchased made black and green stains on my skin around my fingers. Total disappointment.

This seller doesn't deserve even 1 star. All earrings, five pairs, of earrings purchased from them is JUNK. They all look like miniature jewelry for a Barbie doll. FRAUDULENT advertising.

When i received the ring that i ordered it looked ok, but it didn't ANYWAY near fit. I've been trying to get a refund, but just keep getting a response with a case code, so far i've gotten at least 3 and nothing has been resolved. They say in the emails it will be a couple days. Been waiting since the end of August and nothing. I will not order from this company again, it is totally some time of scam.

I never received my order. Every day I look on the order status, and every day the message reads "about to be delivered". I order the ring June 26 and it is now September. Every day when I check the order status I fill out a contact me report and no one from the company ever responds to my inquiry. Total scam.

I returned a bracelet. No refund. Store credit. I bought a few things and that was that. They don’t communicate the order was on my shop app. It has been since removed. I’m very disappointed with them and would advise staying clear of them.

This company is a total scam and I urge potential buyers to steer clear.
Ordered two pairs of what I thought were lovely earrings and was charged $64.98. They never arrived. Contacted Timeless Treasures and received two form letters saying they would get back to me in 1-2 days. Never happened, so I am out $64.98.
To add insult to injury I found the same two earrings on SHEIN, same photographs and everything, for $3.20 (I paid $32) and $1.00 (I paid $33). Total ripoff!

Another bad experience story. I wish that the reviews could be read in their website. But they hide by selling through Shopify. There is no way to know what’s going on as you are looking at the beautiful pictures of jewelry that they sell. I also had to wait a little more than a month to receive my order. It was the waiting that caused me to check where this company was at, Hong Kong.

The quality of the jewelry is awful, I purchased 3 pair of earrings, one was the wrong item, another pair were for the same ear, the third one was made with cheap wire, customer service is bad too. I requested a refund and after many emails and photos sent by me, they were willing to give me a 10% discount on a future purchase and for me to send the items back in the original package, intact and I would have to send the return, certified and paid by me! Luckily I used my credit card to buy and can dispute the charges. Never again.
