We first approached Tim during lockdown when the chances of finding a country house went from hard to virtually impossible. Without Tim's help we would have been flailing about in the dark. Excellent personal service from Tim who clearly demonstrated his undoubted knowledge of the market and negotiating skills. His relationship with the selling agents ensured we did not waste time viewing properties which quite clearly we would never purchase. We were time poor but in a relatively good place to buy being in rented accommodation, but also quite new to the area. Tim was super organised, got to know us and our needs quite well, and was very good at pre emptively suggesting stuff to us. Took us to see things we weren't necessarily thinking of but were interesting. Took us to see things which were off market and we eventually succeeded in finding somewhere, which was difficult to manage over a long process but Tim helped us all the way through. Very reassuring presence and always on hand to help.
