Absolutely horrific customer service. Am still waiting for a return address for an unsuitable product that I wanted to return the day it was delivered. Can't get a response, even after upwards of 10 emails. Thus company is fraudulent and a joke. Would not recommend. It says 30 day money back guarantee but I can't even get them to give me an address for where to send it to. Website no help. Not a UK company even though it seems like it...cheap rubbish from Hong Kong with no way of returning.

Emailed several times and messaged on Facebook to ask about the 30 day money back guarantee due to the pillow not having any impact on my daughters sleeping at all and never got a response.

Bought two of these pillows for my toddler. A lion and whale. It hasn't brought her any closer to self soothing (she's 2 and has to be held to go to sleep) but she does seem to have a comfy nights sleep on it! Not done miracles like expected though but probably better than the regular toddler pillow she had before

Got 2 unicorn pillows as I was so optimistic that my girl would love them, but she’s uninterested. They feel soft which is nice but are a bit over priced in my opinion as I now have 2 that I can’t do anything with. The sensory add ons make the pillow more uncomfortable and the bump i. The middle does not add comfort. Ok purchase.

After seeing mixed reviews I was hesitant to order, but I'm glad I did. I got 3 snuggle buddies, 2 for my daughter (1 spare) and 1 for my nephew. They have definitely helped them both have more restful nights, and they loved being able to choose which design they wanted.
Received a free gift worth a supposed £35 with my order. It was a sleep guide pdf file to download.. not worth the £35 it claimed to be.
Order was shipped a while after placed but arrived quickly once sent out. Packaged well. Would recommend based on my experience with the company.

Tried to return the pillow as my daughter didn’t take to it at all. Was fobbed off with a few emails and then completely ignored. Do not buy from them

Really happy with the two unicorn snuggle pillows I ordered for my daughters, they love them and they have also proved very useful as travel pillows in the car for long journeys and when staying away as they're smaller than a normal pillow. Would recommend!

Easy to use website and fab eye mask. Great for toddlers with the Velcro fastener. Highly recommend.

Lovely pillows - both of my children absolutely loved them! Leo age 2 had the lion and Lyra age 5 had the unicorn. They both adore their cushions and sleep with them every night. Leo loves playing with his little lions tail. Thank you :)

No problems whatsoever, delivery was in good time and the toys are lovely, very pleased.

Purchased the pillow based on a big Facebook miracle story about improved sleep. My little ones sleep hasn’t really changed but she doesn’t stay on it as she naturally moves around in her sleep. But she has formed an attachment to it and likes it very much. Delivery was pretty fast too.

My son loves his pillow and although I don’t think it has helped him to fall asleep any quicker, it’s cute and comfy for him to sleep on
