The bag came with a non-functioning clasp, but customer support fixed it immediately and they sent me a replacement bag within a few days. I am very satisfied and I give five stars.

Don't really know what all the negative reviews are about because I purchased 2 bags and they are lovely. Also didn't realise they were being shipped from overseas but when I emailed for an update on shipping, the team responded in the same day and were very helpful :)

Sent me a bag with a strap that was broken, took over a month to replace the strap. Once i had the strap realized i didn’t like the bag but was “outside” the 14 day return policy.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Zip had a flaw but I was told it zipped fine despite the flaw so it was OK.
Strap is described as being 120-130cm long but it was a maximum 120cm from clip to clip.
I was told to make my own holes in the strap to extend the strap length. Apparently this is normal and happens with belts too??
Even then, it wouldn't be 130cm because there isn't enough excess at the end but I was told this was acceptable and if I wanted a refund I had to post the bag, at my cost to Barcelona, even though the return address on the parcel was a UK address.
I suggested a better way of treating customers was to apologise for the error and change the website details to rectify the actual measurements of the bag but they didn't see it that way. They believe the strap is 130cm long despite evidence to prove it is not.
When I said I would include their comments in my review of the bag- they said "it is up to you if you would like to break the shop but please know that there are few people who rely on this small business".

There is an error in the bag's measurement- surely a better business model would be to update the measurements and ensure there are no further unhappy customers going forward rather than using emotional blackmail on a reasonable complaint.

Make sure you read the returns policy before purchase. You can only return if damaged and not if they aren't suitable or you don't like them on arrival. Zip on one was faulty but workable.

Quality is relatively week.
The shipping is punctual.

Take note they are shipped from abroad (not based in the UK which I didn’t know until after purchasing) but all in all they arrived pretty quickly and they look really cute.

I originally purchased one for me and my sister after seeing an Instagram and it there was an offer if you bought two. It’s perfect size for phone and keys, with some little slots for two cards.

My sister then decided she liked mine better so wanted to order another one, so as the same offer was on, I got myself another in a different colour too.

The second one has 2 pockets (same as the previous) however the front pocket is a clasp, and the back pocket is more like a purse when you unzip it.

I wanted them for holiday as I prefer smaller bags so hope the quality holds up!

I ordered 2 bags for xmas presents. One of them came with a tiny flaw (small hole) on the back. As I hadn't used the company before and discovered them on an instagram ad, I didn't hold out much hope for a replacement. But the customer service was excellent and I received a full refund with no arguments. Very pleased!
