If I could give no starts I would - they are not willing to help despite multiple emails and pictures of faulty bunny bubble machine - wish I had read these reviews first before ordering - packaging was ripped, face black, only one bunny ear to attach and no bubbles and box damaged, when i put batteries in it still doesn’t work and they are completely not interested, replies are copy and paste from previous email, I have sent videos and pictures of faulty item, I just want a replacement as my granddaughter loves bubbles but they are not helping at all - complaint sent to trading standards about this company but not sure if that will do anything - strongly advise not to order from them

Products are absolute tat! Looks as though it came out of a Christmas cracker. Online photos are misleading about the size. It's almost too small to pysicaly play with.

If I could give this company '0' stars I would. Ordered little boxes of Christmas 'lego' in plenty of time for Christmas but it did not arrive until after. I could have saved for next year however the boxes had been packed in a polythene back, so every single box was smashed and/or broken and the outer bag was torn making all the boxes unusable as intended as gifts. Company would only fully refund if I returned to an address in Austria! I didn't trust that they would refund the money if I returned the items so after a lot of emails, negotiated a 30% refund and to keep the items but they are no use as gifts due to the damage so absolutely no use to me! I would say, avoid this company like the plague or, if you really want to give it a go, purchase via PayPal/Klarna so at least you have a channel to claim your money back.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have emailed them regarding my dissatisfaction with their products, and their poor packaging, but they just do not respond. Following my purchase they invited me to submit a review. I wrote a scathing review and, not surprisingly, there is no sign of it it on their website, which leads me to believe all their reviews are fake. I do not believe anyone could be satisfied with the complete junk they deliver. Please do not bother purchasing from them their products are not fit for purpose. Just glad I didn’t spend too much. Will stick to high street shops from now on.

Hi, had a faulty product and you cannot email them back. They block the emails and after two days they say there’s no refund
Emailed with pictures but blocked same day as it came don’t trust me look at all the other reviews I wish I had before I bought it

Tiny Dreams.co.uk - Terrible scam sellers. I ordered children’s toys and took 4 weeks to arrive. One item missing, one item the box was damaged so could’nt gift. The rest they said is half orice but even the half price goods were inferior quality. A learning for me never to use again. Would not recommend this scam company!

I bought the Tiny Dreams glow drawing board for my 6 year old grandson. The photo looked excellent and the blurb promised adjustable brightness with colourful LEDs to provide a calming environment ideal for bedtime. It arrived after about 10 days and looked nothing like the photo. It said it had USB charging, but there was no battery to charge and there was no way to adjust the brightness. I emailed the company to complain and ask for a refund and they wanted photos and videos to show them. After about 4 emails with more photos I plugged the lead into an LED plug again and the lead dropped out of the board red hot and smoking and still live. If a child had been using it they could have received an electric shock and a nasty burn. Worse still, it could easily have started a fire in the child's bedroom if it had been used as a nightlight as the blurb suggested. When I sent a photo of the end of the still smoking lead, I was offered a complementary replacement! I refused and have now been told I will be sent a form to ask for a refund. However, after reading all the other reviews on Trust Pilot I do not think I will ever get one.

Item arrived, squashed package and toy inside was also, totally useless.
Customer service, none existent. Says 2 days to make a complaint re damaged item which I have and requested a full refund not a replacement.
Not holding my breath but I’ll keep on waiting.

Rubbish game golf club was broken don't go near them

My grandson was looking forward to his flying spinner ball but when it came it would not even charge up. I have been in contact with customer service a few times to get a refund but have still not received it. It looks good but I wouldn't bother again

Awful produce from broken box to cheap substandard plastic.
So far no customer support, anticipate the bin will receive these gifts for Christmas.

The packaging was damaged, the toy was damaged, the instructions were as clear as mud, it’s very flimsy, not at all happy, can’t give as a Christmas gift it’s to rubbish, will not use this company again.

PLEASE,PLEASE do not purchase anything from this scam company,I thought I was buying from a UK company,but it was from china.
I purchased 2 floating balls,both we're damaged,the the boxes crushed and the packing not suitable for the item,I have tried to get a refund but it seems impossible,they want me to send a video of something that doesn't work!!!
Now there asking me to send them back to china,which will far outway the cost of the item.

Received my package broken, have sent an email and message on fb and no one still has not contacted me to solve this.

Total rubbish very poor quality and dangerous

I was completely fooled by the website and bought 3 items believing it to be a UK company selling safe, attractive maths games. It uses clever marketing of items that are totally unsuitable for the ages suggested and very poor quality.
One 'game' contained 2 pens with tops that are a choking risk. The wording on the cardboard boxes is in chinese. All 3 items have no information or instructions on how to assemble or play. It states easy returns within 30 days but gives no return address, and that's as long as you pay, label and pack and the item doesnt take weeks to arrive ( so will probably take weeks to get back to China) !
I emailed my dissatisfaction and the reply said they fully understood my concerns! That's all!
I want nothing more to do with this chinese company, and I certainly wont let a child near their products.

I bought a light up, wipe clean board for my godson.
As soon as you write on it you CAN NOT wipe off the original. As soon as the light goes on you can see the original pen.
Took AGES arrive. Utter waste of money.

Great website but really poor quality products. They seem cheap but in reality they are vastly overpriced. I've had better quality items from a Christmas cracker.

I placed an order for Christmas presents for my grandson in October. They were eventually delivered - but to the wrong address! I sent an email to confirm this but was repeatedly told the order had been delivered. I am fed up with emails going back and forth saying it had been delivered and no it hasn’t!
Eventually I was told they would issue a replacement order - but that hasn’t arrived. When I questioned where it was, I got a reply showing where it had been delivered to - and once again it was the wrong address (despite me confirming my address and postcode)!
The customer service and delivery system of this company is terrible. I wish I had read the many reviews before I placed my order.
I have now asked for a full refund - but won’t hold my breath!!
